Excellent product, despite the lack of the brand name
Another commenter note that the product comes with a case, itโs a very nice case! Good battery life, makes indicator sounds to tell you when the battery is dying, with enough warning. I still listened to over 30 min of my book between the first and last beep. Had these for 6 months so far, I donโt use them daily. Still in excellent condition, no hardware defects or tears in the padding. I love the colors.

The wireless heaphone search is Over
I have tried so many brands of wireless. The latest disappointment came on the 3rd Pair of Bluedio. Avoid Bluedio unless you enjoy frustration. Then, again, some people enjoy diarrhea. Finally! No, you don't need to overspend on Beats headphones to get everything most people could want in the product.Greatest SoundUnbelievable comfortEasy to Pair ( and they stay paired when using)Wonderful travel case included.Immediately, when you unpack the item, you realize you have taken a major quality leap in your wireless game.Works great on my Pixel 2 and our Vizio flats throughout our home.Remember:We hear differently. I can't tell you what you hear. I can only tell you what sounds good to a former audiophile. When someone advises you on what headphones to buy, don't forget that no two humans have identical hearing. What sounds great to one, may be a total waste of money for another.Make up your own mind.I love the EDIFIER W830BT.

Great customer service
Original review: Awful sound but beautiful to look atThese earned a star for there looks, and another star for great battery life. Hence the 2 star rating. I purchased these based on the great reviews on YouTube and the comments posted here. Not my experience at all!The Bluetooth connection is below average. Rarely do they automatically connect. 90% of the time I have to go into my paired Bluetooth devices and connect them this way.Sound quality is well below average, especially for $70 headphones IMO. The bass is there, but that's it. The mids, vocals, and highs are recessed way too much. No crispness or brightness. The headphones sound very muffled. If you EQ them a lot, they can become useable. But they lack any kind of brightness to the sound. My Tribit XfreeTune headphones crush these for sound quality, they have a much more balanced sound, and they are considerably cheaper. And my Skullcandy Crusher Wireless headphones, while being a little bass heavy, still retain good mids and highs. The Edifier's have the least volume of the 3, but they do get loud enough. I find myself having them at 90-95% volume when I want to listen to music loud. I'm sure some will find them to lack in the volume department. But that's getting to harmful levels. They also don't block much of the noise surrounding you. The Tribits win for deepest and largest opening in the ear pads and for blocking noise, but the Crushers are very close for blocking noise. They are beautiful, but the build quality just feels cheap, lots of plastic. I'm very careful with putting them on and taking them off because I feel like the hinges may break. They just don't give a feeling of being sturdy. I see many people comment how lightweight they are. So I decided to weigh them. While they are the lightest of the 3 pair that I have, it's not by much. My Crusher's weigh 10.3oz, My Tribits weigh 10.25oz, and the Edifier's weigh 9.3oz. A whole 1oz lighter than the Crushers. Yeah, my Crushers cost more, $30 more to be exact, but they perform well, so I don't mind the extra cost. The Edifier's clamping pressure is very light on your head, for me they're actually too light. If you move around much, they will shift easily. The metal band that joins the left and right sides is very thin and is reinforced with a plastic band on its underside. I'm sure that's why they have such a light clamping pressure.Someone mentioned in their review that the cans are aluminum. But yet when you are in a dimly lit room, the blue light inside makes the whole enclosure glow. They are plastic!I can make these sound decent with the REEQ app and using them wired through a FiiO A3 headphone amp, but all that shouldn't be needed for Bluetooth headphones. With the experience I've had with the Edifier's, my recommendation is to look elsewhere. You can get better for less. Unless I'm one of people that got a faulty pair.July 10, 2019 Update:Edifier customer service contacted me and sent a replacement set of headphones. So a big thank you to Leopoldo at Edifier for such terrific customer service. The Bluetooth works great on the replacement set. After fully charging them, pairing and connecting them to my phone was quick and flawlessly. Nothing at all like the first pair which took me over 10 minutes just to get paired and they would hardly ever connect automatically.Unfortunately the sound quality is still the same. The tuning is what it is. Some people will be totally satisfied with it, but for me they're still lacking mids and highs. Without that "brightness" there's just something missing from the experience. I can get them to sound decent with an equalizer. Sorry Edifier, just my honest opinion.

Great sound quality
I have done some research on the best headphones to get that werenโt very expensive. These had come highly recommended and I understand now. To start with the battery life is phenomenal. I can go many days without charging it and it keeps a charge really well. I also like the sound quality. I watch movies at night on my iPad so not to wake the family. I love these headphones. It also comes with a durable case which I have traveled with as well. I also love the color of them which is like a rose gold..

Disappointed
Maybe I had a defective product, but very disappointed. It was difficult to pair. I paired it to 2 devices and it would frequently bounce to the second device for no reason. The sound was not clear, very muffled. The loudest volume is what I would consider low. These were returned. They were attractive and comfortable.

Decent quality for the price.
I have been using these headphones since May and after 3 months of use the sound has become muffled and distorted. The noise cancelation is minimal and the quality overall is OKAY at best. I bought these for the price point and mostly positive reviews but I would recommend spending a little more and getting better quality.

Impressive!
This headset is impressive to say the least! I've been enjoying these for anything from Jazz, Hip-Hop, Opera, Grunge, Metal, etc... I wouldn't mind them to be louder, but then again, that's always the case. The sound quality is very clean with a great frequency response range. I'm pleased with the noise cancellation attributes of the headset and it's quite easy to get stuck in your own world with these things! I will say, the microphone isn't the greatest for low voice, but I don't know any that are... Another great Edifier product!!!!

Worth the price and more.
First of all this product is worth the money and more. The look and feel of it is great. I have mainly been using these headphones for the gym and I definitely donโt hear any other noise but my music. There are other headphones out there with higher volume and others with more bass but I love it. You get a good amount of both. Only thing I would have like for them to had which is minor. Is a actual percentage of the battery life, not just the bar. When you do connect to the headphone it shows you a quick glimpse of the battery percentage. But this has not been 100 accurate. I truly love the headphones and the fact that I use it for a month exactly on a single charge. Iโm talking about at least 2 to 3 hrs, 5 days a week at full volume. There is no other headphones that compare to this kind of battery life.
