The first thing that I noticed was that they are stiffer and sturdier and other Cordura belt keepers. Most other brands make their keepers extremely flexible. With these, I find it easier to put on, since they retain their shape. Good quality and very well made! I did read the other reviews prior to buying them and was surprised to read that other customers had complaints about the snaps not lining up properly. I ordered 2 sets (8 total) and all 8 keepers look and worked great! Just remember to order the right size, since they also come in 2 inch. I highly recommend this product!

It seems my duty belt gets heavier and heavier, more things added to protect me and my job each day. I was looking for a product that gave me the mind set that I was protected and my belt was secured so if I needed to draw my weapon or pull my handcuffs, I had that reassurance that I would not have a catastrophic failure. Yes, our lives depend on our equipment. With BLACKHAWK products I have that unthinkable reassurance and that perfect satisfaction of NO FAILURES. On shift this is something you do not think about but as I take my service belt on and off, you can bet it was on my mind. Not with BLACKHAWK Products. I have used them for many years and as this new purchase proves, R&D are working to assure that unimaginable failure NOT to take place. I just think that is something to mention...

For those of you who are wanting to help keep your duty belt around your waist, these are great. I use them in addition to the velcro duty belt liner to keep everything in check. For those of you that want to try and use belt keepers to keep your gear from shifting around, they are a little big on a 2.25" duty belt. You would have to use something between these and the duty belt to fill the gap. Overall, these are better quality that some of the ones that I've purchased in the past. The webbing material seems more rigid and more robust. The only gripe that I have (which I have with all belt keepers) is the lack of ability to 'lock' the snaps in the closed position. I do occasionally find myself getting unsnapped when getting out of the patrol car. Just my two cents...

These keepers can serve several roles. Of course they are intended for keeping your gun belt from sliding up your chest when drawing your personal defense tool, but they do have other uses. Do you need to lash a survival knife to your web gear or a strap? These straps are pretty handy for that. I use them to strap my Gerber LMF to my "possible bag" that I carry to the range and which is intended as a support bag for a particular firearm. They can also be used for attaching items to a M.O.L.L.E vest or pack. They are of excellent quality and worth the investment.

I am a military cop and a lot of guys do not tuck their camouflage utilities in, and just wear the belt over the top of cammies. However, after a few tangles with drunk guys I decided I had to secure my gear better. The local cop store wanted more then double for this same set of Belt Keeper's. Do yourself a favor and get these. They work great, every time, and the snaps are solid with no unintentional disconnecting. I have had some bad rumbles with guys and my gear stays in place everytime.

I wear these every day, and the snaps work and the fit is right. The snaps do not have 2 ply with velcro, these are single ply and for the price could be built better. If you're carrying a gun these might not be the best. If you are not carrying, not a big issue. Honestly, they are keepers and work.

These belt keeps work great. I'm a police officer in NorthWestern Indiana and I bought a few sets of these. I run 8 of them on my duty rig with 2 on either side of my weapon and they hold up great, much better than the Bianchi ones that I used prior. I use blackhawk and there acceriories on my rig. These belt keepers, a level 3 Serpa holster, blackhawk magazine holder and the xiphos light on my side arm. Great quality products.
