I am very pleased with these thermal bowls. They are perfect for my needs to serve food warm for the entire meal and storing leftovers in the refrigerator. The only drawback I see is that I can't use them to re-warm food as they are plastic with metal insert, so can't be used in the oven or microwave. But they are an inexpensive effective serving option to keep food warm. I also like the decorative design and the locking lid to prevent spills. These would make a nice gift.

Very happy with the 3-piece set we bought! Does a good job keeping hot things hot, cold things cold! Used the big one to serve meatball appetizers to guests on a cool evening outside (~low 60s), and they stayed hot long enough for all the meatballs to be eaten! Ok, I was serving to teenagers, but the meatballs stayed hot longer than I expected given the weather! The bowls are also durable, and easy to clean. Very happy with this purchase!

I loved these as they kept the food warm and even looked great. We have used them for dinner for Indian chappati and even rice. Taken to picnics. I just found them expensive as I know they are cheaper in the stores but I was in a rush to get them

Received as a gift and my friends always comment on them so I got a set to give as a gift for a friend's birthday. Now we're both happy! I put hot water in to preheat bowls if I'm taking hot food and everything stays hot for quite a while. If I'm taking cold food, I refrigerate bowls to chill before adding food. Works well and looks good!

One of the best kitsch ware I found so far. Have been using several hot casseroles but this one seems to withstand maintain the heat for more than 5 hrs. I cook n transfer it right away and it maintains the food warm off until evening! Very happy now my husband doesn't have to come home late for lunch n end up eating cold stuff.

IT IS DIFFICULT TO WRITE REVIEW ON THIS ITEM AS I NEVER RECEIVE IT. IT GOT LOST DESPITE THE FACT THAT I HAD RECEIVED NOTIFICATION THAT IT WAS DELIVERED. I HAD CONTACTED AMAZON AND THEY WERE PROMPT IN RESOLVING THE ISSUE AND GAVE ME REFOUND FOR THE ITEM AS IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO GET REPLACEMENT. TO BE HONES I WAS SO EXCITED TO GET THOSE AS IT WOULD HAVE SAVE ME A LOT OF TIME IN THE KITCHEN JUST PLACING FRESHLY COOKED MEAL INSIDE AND KEEP IT FOR MY HUSBAND HOT FOR UP TO 6 HOUR SO HE WOULD NOT HAVE TO REHEATING IT AGAIN. I SEEN THOSE THERMO DISHES AS A GOOD WAY OF KEEPING FOOD SAFE AND READY TO BE EATEN. I JUST WISH I HAD RECEIVE IT.

I used one of the bowls for creamy cucumbers. The contents were still cool when I got home 5 hrs later. And we were outside. But not in the sun. Can't wait to try with hot food next.

Product works as described. Keeps food hot for several hours. Must be careful about washing. Not dish washer safe and don’t let it soak in water.

The containers are great sizes for holding meat and vegetables and keeping it all hot in preparation for serving. I can recommend.
