I bought these as a gift for the grooms men at my wedding which I personally think is the perfect idea. The flasks themselves are of good quality with the caps feeling as though they won't break off nor any dents in the body on the first fall.I would actually like to give this a 3 1/2 Stars because of the customer service. Even though I got pretty much what I had asked for (including a symbol AND text) which is great and why I don't mind upping to 4 stars, the communication with Shivam is almost non existent. Because of this the symbol that I asked for which I figured would only be around an inch in length has turned up to be almost the full length of the flask.Considering how perfect these flasks are as a gift I know the seller would be extremely busy, but despite that, better communication is necessary especially when someone would prefer something a little different that the standard Name, Date scenario.Another note is that, I myself pictured engravings to be of the same if not a slight discoloration of the steel, with just an indentation. This is not the case, the engravings look almost black. This is probably just my ignorance on the matter but is still noteworthy.Overall the product is 4 StarsThe Customer Service is 3 StarsFinal Tally is 3 1/2 Stars

These flasks truly were great for the price. My only complaint would be that the engraving needs to be darker, it’s a little hard to see in certain lights or angles. They also pick up fingerprints rather quickly. Other than that the shipping was super fast considering these are personalized items and they do look really classy. The price is right so I can definitely overlook the minor things.

I got married recently and got these done as part of the present to my groomsmen (and I may have snagged one for myself). My sentiments on this product are the same as everyone else - AMAZING! However, I did want to point out a couple quick things.1) I read a review that said the seller would contact me, but they never did. I sent them an e-mail myself after I saw that my items were supposed to be shipping soon, and then after that everything went perfectly. So I'd suggest taking the initiative as far as the engraving goes just to be safe.2) Note that funnels are not included with this, and if you think you and/or the people receiving these would like to keep things easy or use the flasks for something that you don't want to spill (like a good whiskey, just an idea), pick up some of these funnels  Maxam® 6pc Large Stainless Steel Flask Funnel Set . The funnel won't fit into the boxes the flasks come in, but they work great as a set. The total (including s/h) came out to about an Alexander Hamilton for each engraved flask and funnel. Not a bad deal. There is a set that includes the flasks and funnels, but it was cheaper this way.)

I ordered these flasks for my 5 groomsmen and had an extra one for my fiance. After I ordered them I promptly got an email asking what I would like engraved on each flask. The response from the company was very quick. I emailed the company back at 9:00 in the evening, and the flasks were engraved and shipped before I even woke up the next morning. Delivery was amazingly quick and when I got the flasks, they were perfect. Great quality and the engravements were very well done. The only problem I had with them was my fault. I ordered them with the groomsmens nicknames engraved on them, and accidently misspelled one. I emailed them and asked if I would be able to order just one flask with the correct spelling, and to my amazement got a response right away letting me know that I would be able to get a single flask for a great price. Not only would they send me a new flask but Chris stayed late that day just to make it and ship it the same day. Their customer service was above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought these Flasks for my wedding as gifts to my wedding party and I had two extras which works out perfect as I will be giving the extra two to my dad and my fiances dad. One of the fastest sellers I have had as After 1 day the product was shipped and sent. It was an estimated 2-3 weeks to get the prodcut but I recieved them in 5 days.The product it self is great. It is laser engraved I believe and the Font size and lettering is easy to read. I see no blemishs's on the product as they all look to be in great shape. No complaints. If i ever need to buy flasks again I will be coming back.
