Quality product, but I'm not so sure about their sizing.
As always, I am very pleased with the quality of Pearl Izumi products. They are very well made and they are usually spot on with sizing. I'm not so sure about their sizing chart for their arm warmers though. I will admit that I've never owned arm warmers before, so maybe they are all this way, but according to their chart, the correct size for me was a small. When I tried them on though, it felt like they were close to cutting off the circulation in my less than sizeable biceps. Maybe all arm warmers are supposed to be this tight, but to me they were not comfortable at all. I do own knee warmers, and they are nowhere near that tight. I exchanged the small pair for a medium pair, which are a bit long and still somewhat tight in the biceps, but I think the medium pair will work for me. I guess I'll find out on one of these cool mornings that seem to be creeping up on us way to fast.

A stylish arm warmer
I am 5'11" with moderately long arms, and the large was perfect - plenty long and yet still plenty stretchy around the arms - not too tight and not too loose. I've found with arm warmers that it's better to go a tad longer than a tad shorter, as the elastic nature of the warmers will make them crawl down if they are too short. These Zumi's are a slightly more stylish arm warmer than most, with fancy flat black stitching and classy looking logos. They are anatomically shaped micro-fleece, designed to match a typical riding position, with a left and a right warmer. That makes them a little bit of a nuisance to put on, but because I store them inside, it's easy to see the L/R markings.

Outstanding for the price.
These are thick and designed for cooler to cold weather. I have some arm sleeves that are thin like an under armour shirt that I could wear in the summer for sun protection, but these actually have a little bit of thickness to them where they would be to warm in normal conditions. They are well built and sewn well. They are labeled right and left and have a slight bend designed into them at the elbow.I am 6'3" and weigh 205-210. I have around a 15.5"-16" bicep measurement. The XL did fit my bicep fine although I exceed the XL size chart (14.5" is what the chart says). It is an inch or two long for me but that isn't really that big a deal and the slight bunching doesn't effect the feel or look. My wife is smaller and has 10'5" biceps. I am going to order a set of x-smalls for her. they are listed at 12" for the bicep on the size chart but I think they will work fine.

Good for Chilly Temps
These arm warmers are the thing to wear when your ride starts or finishes in 40 degree F weather. They have just the right amount of insulation so they fold nicely into your jersey pocket mid ride. The elbow area is fitted so they aren't too tight, but they don't sag. The wrist end is snug and lays under your glove. My shirt sleeve size is 34" so I have the Large. The top end (on me) goes almost up to my shoulder. The top band has rubbery grip stuff that prevents slippage. The blue color usually matches my kit.On me:The grip stuff pulls on the hair on my upper arms but I don't notice it once I get rolling. I work out a bit, so the upper arm area is bit tight, but not like a tourniquet. Stretching out this area by hand seems to help relieve this.PI items make up almost all my kit. They run a bit small, but they are well made.

Ouch... but will be good
Someone said in review that if you have big guns or not, order a size up. So, I did. I am a woman and they still fit like a tourniquet! Right now they aren’t good for anything but cutting off the blood flow in a woodworking accident. Luckily for me, I’m in the process of losing a lot of weight and they will fit before too long. They are high quality and will be very warm! I don’t regret the order and I know they will not slip down my arm when they fit. Looking forward to wearing them.... in a year. Lol

Great "quick-release" warmth for chilly days.
Quite satisfied with these. I'm 5'9", 145-150lbs, pretty typical 'cyclist/runner' physique (read: skinny, small upper body) ordered XS and am pleased with the fit. Snug, but not uncomfortable. Maybe "very slight" compression fit. They stay in place even over the roughest trails, never creeping down my arms. I use these frequently for both road and MTB, and once for running, but they were too warm for even the chilliest Phoenix winter mornings for a run. There is very little difference in sizing between XS and S according to PI's size chart from the website, I imagine either would fit fine. I'm happy with the XS, but might opt for S if I re-purchased. The size chart seems accurate.

These make it a little easier to get outdoors on chilly mornings
I use these in weather from high 30s to low 60s and love them for jogs and cycling. Sometimes the thought of the chill from rolling down the first descent of the day will keep me in bed instead of enjoying the outdoors, but these have helped a lot this past winter. They keep heat in, a little wind chill out, and breathe extremely well. I can wear these well into the upper 60s without complaint. The fit is excellent. They're a little tight at first but with a little practice and technique you can get them in place without much effort and they stay put. The rubber on the outside of the upper arm works well with my jersey to hold everything in place.

A little long, but they still work
These warmers fit pretty well, I have large arms and the XL size fits ok, however the length is a little long so there is some bunching on the lower arm otherwise they would have been 5 stars. I guess we are all built a little different so I really can't fault the product. I have only been able to wear these in upper 40's lower 50's weather and they work real well, so I think they will work in the lower 40's and maybe upper 30's any colder than that and I am riding the trainer. Overall I would say these are a very good buy.
