HPC-A30 Closed-Back Studio Monitor Headphones

Great sound quality, just as described. Some people had comfort issues with these, i havent left them on extensively yet but i tried using them for an hour and felt no discomfort. If i can go an hour feeling nothing then its not a big issue to me. Adapter is included as described, which means i can use these with my sound card. They feel somewhat cheaply constructed, with visible seams between plastic parts, but they're well designed for $30, with folding and swiveling earpieces. There are two points of articulation for folding, those being the place where the earpieces meet the frame, and the cylindrical elements of the frame. Then there's one point of articulation for swiveling, which is also the cylindrical elements. The size is adjustable, but the sizes run large so im using nearly the smallest setting. There's really only a centimeter of foam where they meet your head, because inside the padding section is a hard part that's concealed in the foam, but since the headphones are lightweight it doesnt make much of a difference to me. I recommend these to anyone looking for headphones that they'll treat carefully, use indoors, and that they need for precision sound design on a budget.

To be fair I gave it 4 stars... although for me personally, I am not sure if I will keep these. Although the sound is good and I like the quality... they do not fit well. I am constantly moving them around, on the ear, on the head, and adjusting them for comfort. They are a tad too long and do not snuggly fit my ears and head. In fact, the left side hurts my ears, after an hour of wearing these, it feels like there is no padding on them at all. If these could adjust one or two more "clicks" to close in tighter in the up and down position.... that would make all the difference. I cannot make my head longer... they should make two more clicks on this so they can be reduced down more. If my head was a half inch bigger or wider, these would be perfect. POLSEN, DO YOU READ THESE REVIEWS? APPARENTLY I AM NOT THE FIRST PERSON TO STATE THIS COMPLAINT AND WISH LIST FOR YOUR HEADPHONES. CAN YOU ADD A COUPLE EXTRA CLICKS SO THESE CAN BE SHORTENED FOR SMALLER HEADS???? Thanks!!!

My daughter likes this headphones a lot. They are comfortable to wear and the sound is great.

Build quality just as the price. Uncomfortable wearing. Good insulation. Sound enough details but tones not so correct. The 50mm drivers do not offer impressive bass even with amp. Some 40mm can do the same job. Maybe for recording better than mixing/live performance.

So disappointed. I would like to start by saying I didn't expect THAT much when I purchased these but they are practically useless because they have NO low end. I must have gotten a defective pair or something. I thought my mic was broken until I put on a pair that cost half as much and everything sounded great. It was like comparing color TV to black and white.

These might have great sound, but they don't pull inward so the foam touches or surrounds the ear... so they're not more helpful than having the sound on a speaker. I've got an average size head for a woman, but they essentially just hung on my head from the top band. Returned them.

I like these head phones, but I'm not in love with them. From the way they look to the way the feel when I wear them. The foam pads even conform to my glasses, for long periods of time. They are lightweight, but do not feel flimsy, and the over all construction feel sold.The sound quality is very clean, crisp, all with out any kind of distortion.

For the price this is pretty awesome. Its plastic but durable, closed ears and a flat eq is what I want. Best on a budget.
