Check before spending time and money to mount
I like the pullup bar but they obviously need a better quality control system. The one I received is not square as you can see in the pic. Also when mounted to the wall I need to shim the bar due to one side being a loose fit on the adjustable bar.

Solid, heavy, but secure.
I had to have a handyman install this just to be sure it would be sturdy. If I had the courage, it wouldn’t have been a problem to install it myself but unless you are on block wall, you will need a 2 x 4 or something to secure it as the width would not line up with the studs. Thankfully, others posted pictures that were very helpful. Mounted against the 2x4, It is very secure and easily supports my 220#s. The actual bar is a bit narrow for grip. It would be nicer if it were a little larger for my hands but it isn’t really a problem. It isn’t as compact as I had hoped, so you will need a large dedicated wall. The rack itself is quite heavy. I’m happy that I purchased this model but it is probably overkill for its solid structure.

... a cement poxy with the bolts and it is perfect.
I mounted it to a cement wall in my basement and used a cement poxy with the bolts and it is perfect.

Two Stars
Needed a lot of work to move easily. Not as solid as I would like.

Great adjustable pull up bar, attached to 2x4 studded wall using a wood frame using lag screws.

Very happy with this pull up bar
Very happy with this pull up bar. It adjusts easily up and down and it holds securely to the wall ... holding my 220 lbs without issue whether doing pullups or TRX. I used two 2x6's secured to studs via 4x 3/8 inch lag bolts in each board.
