This is the case when you buy a quality item at a very low price. This trivet is sturdy and looks very elegant on a dining table. If I need another trivet, I will buy this one.

I wanted some low plant stands. Just to get my plants up off the concrete. These really do the trick. I have several plants of different sizes and they hold them all.

I know this is not the intended use of these trivets but I was looking for a short trivet that would keep plants pots from resting on the deck and leaving a mark on the wood. And I didn’t want to pay $15+ for each. These so far are working great! They’re sturdy, well made (not flimsy) and the balls supporting them are small and won’t leave a big mark on the deck, if any at all. I purchased 7 and am considering buying maybe 5 more.
