These are difficult to install without pre-bending the mounting clips
TIP: Bend both mounting clips all the way outward (and hold them for about 10 seconds) before attempting to insert the blank into your rack. I was able to put quite a bit of force on the clips without snapping any of them off. Once I bent the clips they popped into the rack with little effort. These would have been perfect if the clips were about a 1/16" further apart.

Excellent Price. Looks nice. Kind of fragile.
These do their job well. They are a little difficult to install. The plastic clips that hold them in place snap off when installing them. They are a rather tight fit. However, we found that manually putting pressure from behind on the tabs while installing them makes a world of difference. They look very nice in the rack. Excellent price for blanking panels.

A real must-have for airflow management
I agree with another reviewer that these take a bit more effort to get into place. But the effort is worth it, as they won't move once in place. And there's a little trick to making the job easier: Insert one side first, pull the panel to the other side that you intend to insert next (bending the first prong just slightly), and insert the second prong. These are high-quality plastic and shouldn't break unless the prongs are really forced. I have these in an AcoustiQuiet rack with square holes, and they work flawlessly.

Harder than necessary to install and remove. The fit is not very good.
If you're considering this product, you already know what they're used for so I won't go into that. They perform their intended purpose reasonably well. Which is to say that once they are snapped into the rack, they fill a 1U hole. It's the snapping them into the rack part that is disappointing. They do not seem to be manufactured with good tolerances and they are just a touch oversized. Therefore, they are far more difficult to snap in and out than they should be. So much so that you really need to bang on these covers to make them snap in. You can imagine if it takes a great deal of force to install, it also takes a good deal of effort to remove them. I'd say that they're no more convenient than if they had to be screwed into the rack. I will steer clear of Tripp Lite blanking panels in the future, as the quality just doesn't seem to be very good.

Reduced my temps by 18 degrees F!
Installing these reduced my temps by 18 degrees in the cabinets...not bad for a $120 investment. They're a bit tough to get in, but if you bend the insertion piece a little bit out before you try and put the panel in, it becomes a lot easier.Great price, easy to use tool-less product. A++

They don't fit all racks
I purchased a generic rack that has the square holes for my home lab. I purchased these but they don't snap in at all. They seem to be good quality but they just fall out of the holes. I have used APC ones in the past but figured I would give these a go, but didn't work for me. If you want to try them buy just one and test for your rack before purchasing the larger quantity.
