Does this shirt tend to be on the smaller size? my husband usually wears an xl, sometimes l. i don't want this to be too small.

Based on reviews about being oversized, bought a size smaller (medium rather than large) and the medium fits almost perfectly. I'm 6'2", 185 lbs.

I have long arms, Do these shirts have a longer sleeve? Some Shirts you have to roll up because just too short. Anyone know what I mean?

The sleeves of this shirts are very long, you wouldnt have any trouble with that.

The fabric definitely isn't thick. Relatively thin but not too thin in my opinion. I own over a dozen of these as they're perfect for my needs.

Very comfortable shirt, great quality.

I bought this shirt as a 'mowing shirt' to keep the sun off my arms, and it is very comfortable even when it's warm out.

The color is much lighter in person

I was supposed to get a darker green color but the shirt I got looks closer to really light blue. Do not fall in love with the blue green ones if your picky about the color.... The one I got isn't terrible; the shirt is fantastic but I wanted the darker color to match my husband's eyes. He will still look good though 😉

Hear that Columbia...do not make any changes...no improvement necessary.

These are consistently the best shirts I ever buy. I own 4 and they are still in great shape after years of wear...hopefully Columbia will not improve a good thing and make it worthless in the future.Hear that Columbia...do not make any changes...no improvement necessary.If you normally wear an XL because of a large waistline then order a large in this shirt...the shirt is designed for a lot of arm movement such as fishing or paddling so the upper portion is very roomy and the waist had enough space to fit perfect.

I usually wear a large, and the large fits just fine. The shirts run a little bit big, but I figure that's kind of the idea of a shirt like this. If you want it to fit your form I would recommend sizing down one size. Now, let me talk about the shirt. Good gosh. I love this shirt! It's my favorite shirt by far. I am a cold weather guy, but live in VA. I'm constantly sweaty in the Summer. This bad boy does the trick to keep me as cool as possible. Seriously, if you're hot in the Summer and are wearing cotton shirts, it's time to change things up. The shirt is super lightweight and is waterproofish. It'll get eventually, but dries very quickly.
