Reebok Women's Hi Fashion Sneaker

I'm not sure what the problem is so many people have mentioned here regarding the shoes being too small, tight, and narrow. I've been wearing this style since they first came out in the 80s, and nothing's changed about them. I've been in a 7.5 the entire time, and they still have the same fit. I recently moved from an urban area where I could go into the store and try them on but have since moved to a rural area where none of the stores carry them. I was apprehensive about buying them online because of the reviews warning about how the sizes run small, the shoes themselves are too narrow, blah, blah, blah. I recently needed a new pair and had to break down and order them here despite my apprehension, and am I glad I did! The sizing issues simply aren't issues! The shoe is the same it's always been! There seems to be a brief breaking-in period, as there always has been, where the shoe loosens a little, or rather stretches to accommodate your foot, but it certainly isn't painful. I wear these sometimes with an ankle brace for extra support to an old injury, and I also wear them without the ankle brace. The velcro fasteners at the top of the shoe make all the difference in snugness. They give my feet all the support I need, no matter the situation.

I have a low arch, and "wide" feet with "bad ankles" so I always need to wear high tops if I'm going to be on my feet for most of the day, and also for working out. These fit comfortably "as is" but also work well with cushion inserts. My first pair lasted 6 years, and it was a trip to Yosemite that finally killed them. ;-) I wouldn't call them hiking shoes per se' - but I did "hike" in them from El Capitan Meadow up to the lower Yosemite falls - and all around the Tuolumne/Merced rivers) , it was some type of fungus or mold that wound up soaking into the leather and washing didn't help them. (basically, I abuse my shoes - and these can take it!) My second pair, I've had now for 5 years - and they're only just now getting a little worn on the sole by the ball of the foot. They're really hard to find locally - the pair I have now, I needed to order online and had to pick it up at a Sports Authority store. It was nice finding them on Amazon again and having it delivered to my house, this time!They're good as work shoes, as well - if you have to follow a dress code. They aren't non-skid or non-slip soles, but I did work in a pizza restaurant with these and it was fine. I recommend them to women who have "big feet" (I'm a size 10) and need some ankle support.

I've worn them for years and hope they keep making them available. The high tops offer good ankle support; however, there is really no arch support. Since I've gotten older and my feet flatter I have added an arch only support which is perfect. They do run almost a full size small, and the width is perfect for average medium to slightly narrower than medium feet or if you have narrow heels. They are lightweight and the soles grip but don't grab surfaces and throw you off balance as do many types of soles.

I love this sneaker, always have and now always will. The style is me all the way! I grew up wearing these sneaker and feel they are still made of the same quality! I tend to have a wider foot and was worried that they would not fit comfortably after reading the other review but they actually fit Great! Only thing is, in Nike sneakers I wear a size 9 and in these I purchased a 9.5 and they fit perfect! Love them would buy them in every color if I could!

I have VERY sensitive feet. I have been wearing these hi top sneakers for many many years. Once broken in I can wear them all day without pain. I used to be on my feet all day, and these were the only shoes I could wear all day without pain..Also, any height in the heel hurts my lower back, which these do not do. I usually wear a 61/2 (wide). But because these do not come in a wide width, I use a shoe stretcher which makes the leather less attractive and not last as long. It also takes a long time for me to break in a new pair, by gradually adding more hours per day. This time I purchased a size 7 to try and reduce these issues. I still had to use the shoe stretcher, though less forcefully. Without inserts my foot slid uncomfortably forwards. I am still experiencing the painful breaking-in period, and am worried the size 7 will never be as comfortable as a well-broken-in size 6.5. I so wish that these were available in a wide width.

I have had one of these sneakers since I discovered them in 1992! I used to have two of them, and I would buy a new one when the oldest pair was destroyed! They are incredibly comfortable, and look great even with trousers - they don't look like sneakers! I have been looking for another one because my old pair is almost dead, so I was very happy to find one here to replace it!Update: I changed the review to 4 stars because the fit is really narrow. I was expecting it to ease with wearing, like previous pairs had, but unfortunately this did not happen. I suspect this is not real leather, and that's the reason it did not give. I gave away the last pair I bought and now I am ordering another pair, one size larger, and I hope it will fit better now. They do not have arch support, nor did the original.

I had been given a pair of these Hi-Tops many years ago & almost lived in them!!! They lasted for over 10 years & I would probably still be wearing them except my foot grew just enough to make then too tight. I was thrilled to find them once again; so I immediately ordered another pair. On first use, they feel a little snug; however, if you still wear them, they will soon stretch just enough to form to your foot. I find them to be very comfortable & my left ankle needs the support offered by the hi-top. I also find the arch support a plus!!! If this pair last the same 10 years the last pair did, I may very well not ever need to buy another pair!!! This is the absolute BEST price I have ever seen for these shoes!!!

j'ai acheté cet article pour remplacer mes vieilles Reebok dont une semelle a lâché après 10 ans de bons et loyaux services mais je vois de suite que la souplesse du cuir n'est plus la même.J'en suis à me demander si c'est vraiment du cuir comme indiqué !J'espère toutefois en être satisfaite.On verra à l'usage.La livraison a été rapide;la taille est bonne.

Super Schuhe, habe ich meiner Tochter zum Geburtstag geschenkt...leider fallen sie eine Nummer kleiner aus....deswegen mussten wir sie zurückschicken...aber Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut...

Habe diesen Schuh bestellt, da ich wusste das er sehr bequem ist. Meine Erwartungen wurden voll und ganz erfüllt. ich würde diesen Schuh immer wieder bestellen.

Love my " old school " Reebok what has me concerned is the Reebok tag is not red and blue just black are they knock off???? 8. 5 are hard to find

It's great for narrow foot. I bought them already 3rd time and I'm very happy with them. They are very cozy, warm and I feel very comfortable in them.
