is this a micro atx?

HI, the board measures 10.5 X 11.0 inches (approximately).  I found it to be exceptional, especially the two SATA connectors that provide faster processing speeds that the rest.  In my case I connected my internal solid state hard dives to them...much faster.Hope this helps.

How long is the warranty for this product?

it says 36 months, but only in US. I got one with a bad dimm and i can't use the warranty because im not in US.

Anyone else having onboard audio problems?  Lots of static in the analog audio... optical wont turn on at all.

no problem with the audio. the first boards second gpu slot was no good. sent it back got a new board second gpu slot worked for week then died

If you follow the link above, you can find another link that lists the countries w/service centers.  The Sabertooth X79 is part of the TUF (Thermal Armor Technology) series.  Personally, I don't think long term warranties on consumer computer parts is worth much more than the paper it is written on.  That said, I purchased from Amazon b/c of their excellent return policy.  It proved to be a good decision b/c the first board I received had a problem with the sound controller.  I think any warranty work you have to pursue w/the manufacturer (anything beyond 30 days), will likely prove to be time consuming and fruitless...which I believe is true for all MB manufacturers.
