These are the first probiotics out of all the brands I've used over the years that actually work! These probiotics are most definitely meant for blood type Os, and they work amazingly well. These are now a part of my daily vitamin routine.

This is a probiotic that is tailored to the O blood type. I recommend this to my patient's as well with less bloating, improvement in blood sugar, blood pressure and noted weight loss over time. Improvement in candida symptoms.

As of this date, this is not the updated version. The new formula (in a dark bottle) includes akkermansia muciniphila, a postbiotic that is thought to naturally increase GLP-1 levels. It has been working great to improve my digestion.

I have Known about the blood type diet since about 2003. Bought the book tried it and lost about 35 pounds with weight training. I also have an auto immune condition (Psoriatic arthritis ) . However the main ingredient Larch Tree is not recommended for people with auto immune disorders like mine as it may stimulate your immune system and cause flare ups. Instead i purchased separately the two strains of bacteria and take them with out the Larch tree. For most type o's this is a great product but not for me. One of the recommended Strains i could only find in powder form . The instructions say to mix with water and drink 2 hours before a meal so stomach acid dosent destroy it. I bought enteric coated jel caps and filled manually so it dissolves in the small intestine so as to not have to time dose.

Like the concept but I realize it takes time to really know if it’s working. Had a lot of gut and bowel issues. Helping already for regularity

I have purchased this 18 times and wont be buying it again unfortunately it has priced itself off my market. Too bad it was the best for my O blood group. Oh well looking for a new one.
