No it doesn't come with conditioner and the shampoo is not a neutralizing one...This relaxer was too strong for me..hope this helps

I have thin colored hair. Will this product work for me?

I should think so, I'm not a stylist but from my experience it's not harsh and relaxes easy. The deep conditioner is amazing with color treated hair.

Spectacular!!!

I ordered this product and it did wonders for my hair. I have had bad experience with relaxers in the past. Burned!

This relaxer burned sooo bad!! I thought it was suppose to be gentle. My hair was bone straight and my hair is already thin so I did not want it bone straight. I hate I got 4 of these relaxers because I am probably not going to use the rest.
