Unexpectedly Comfortable, Incredible Value
I bought this saddle mostly for the looks. There were no reviews when i got it, but I loved the color, and I knew it had to be pretty good since it was Retrospec. Upon receiving it, I was amazed at how well it was packaged and how nice the material of the saddle was. Also, when you look underneath the saddle to see how it is stitched it's very apparent that the manufacturing quality on it is excellent. As for the comfort level, it really is true that the saddle is very lightweight, and also has a way of being soft and comfortable and stiff for performance all at the same time. It's also the perfect shape (at least for me). The first couple of rides were a bit stiffer, and it definitely "broke in" and became more comfortable the more I rode it. After a few rides it still looks brand new. The Yellow saddle I ordered looked just like the picture and matched my Yellow Retrospec Wheel-set perfectly on my single-speed. I think this saddle would be ideal for a fixie or a road bike too. I am blown away at the value of this saddle. Don't waster your money on anything more expensive than this. I am 6'3, 200 lbs, and I have an athletic build.

Cheap and Sexy
This saddle is plain sexy when it's on a fixie/road bike. Around my college campus I have seen several of these so I opted for one when I started building my black and white fixie. The saddle does not have much cushion, but still provides a comfortable ride. It does take some getting used to and there may be a possible break in time though. The white saddle is very prone to smudges (duh) so take that into account. Wiping anything off is easy with water or rubbing alcohol though so it's really no problem. Overall I am very happy with this saddle for its price, comfort, and overall aesthetic.

one hard bike saddle
I've been using a old schwinn approved saddle on my 1988 schwinn sprint but i decided i needed a new saddle. so i bought this saddle. it looked cool and the price was right. the quality is good but the comfort is bad. I took one sit on the seat and my hip felt horrible pain , later on i sat on it a second time and it was fine. i am 15 but for older riders this might be a bad choice.

Decent and does its job.
Haven't had it long term. I use these are cheap saddle replacements. They're just about as comfortable as WTB saddles at half the price. Good price to quality ratio. However, my saddle rails arrived bent, but I'm not picky about that. As long as it can be installed properly, it's good in my book. I recommend this for a cheap and comfortable saddle replacement. If you wear a cycling short with a chamois, you'll find have a better time with this saddle. Update 8/29/16 Finally been commuting to school/work/events for about 6 months on this saddle. . Bought one of these in grey and put it on my 1996 Diamondback Response Sport, which is already heavily upgraded. Yes, for me, it is comfortable, but there are some things to consider why yours may not be, so I'll give you some tips on how to make it at least adequate for yourself. The rails on this saddle were straight when it was delivered so I was happy. I have fallen on the road while riding back home and there is a small rip on my saddle, but it's functional. If it isn't broken, don't fix it. Pro tip: when adjusting the saddle (leveling), make sure it's "level" or ground normal. All saddles are designed to be leveled flat (unless it has a spoon curve in it, then you level it out from the nose to the beginning of the curve; make sure your setback is correct). If you have a fixed clamped seat post (one with splines), just get it as close to level as possible. A chamois with an approximate width to your sit-bones will help too. I'm 5'2", 115 lbs with a small sit bone width, I usually use any saddle at 135 mm and under. I have three chamois and long story short, two of them have 150 mm pads (Louis Garneau and Performance Club chamois, size small) and one has a 140 mm pad (Price Point no-brand, small). The smaller width Price Point chamois suits me best, even though there isn't a lot of cushion. The performance chamois is a race chamois with a large firm pad, and is comfortable enough. I would call my LG chamois an emergency chamois if I hadn't washed my two most favorable ones, and is the least comfortable (large pad, thin cushion, not exactly ideal for me). So comfort comes down to a bunch of factors, but if you boil it down to a similar preference, you should be fine even with this saddle. Hope this helps. I highly recommend this saddle for the price and decent comfort.

Retrospec Bike Saddle
I really like this saddle. I'm sure when it comes to saddles you have a lot of choices. Personally, this saddle has been great, the design fits my biking performance, its sleek & not bulky. The comfort is just right for my rides, its not too comfy nor too hard either, its just right. To top it all off, you can't beat the price! They come in a variety of colors and I was so tempted to get the white saddle, but I decided to go with the black to match my bikes color scheme. The material can handle a lot of weather and it looks good to. Truthfully, I have nothing but pros for this product. If for whatever reason, you get it and aren't satisfied, you only lost a few bucks. I just don't see how you can go wrong with this one. Unless you want something with a lot of comfort than I suggest getting another type of saddle, but if you want something that's comfy, yet handles road biking performance (agility, speed, long distance, various road conditions...) than this saddle will do the job and then some.

Cheap, but wear protection
Whoa, like my last girlfriend: good looking, really comfortable, but I can't last more than 30 minutes. This seat is HARD. It's a great shape, looks good on my 10 speed, but I bike 8 miles to work, and I am happy to jump off when I arrive. I've had worse, but it's not suitable for any ride over 1 mile.

It's a saddle and does the job. It's comfortable for short bike rides. I haven't used it for long rides. The quality is decent for that price. The blue color looks good and matches with the blue handle grips from restrospec bikes.

El asiento es muy cómodo y de buena calidad, sin embargo el color es muy distinto al mostrado en la imagen, es verde y no menta. Fuera de eso, es muy buen asiento.

I wanted a cheap saddle to match my bike's colour scheme, and this is the perfect option. So far it's decently comfortable, and looks great. Upon closer inspection you can tell it's pretty cheaply made, don't know how long this will last, but for the low price, can't really go wrong.
