Contigo AUTOSPOUT Straw Sheffield Vacuum-Insulated Water Bottle, 20 oz., Sangria

This is the best water bottle on the market! It is durable and holds up to kid drops (and adult drops). It keeps water cold and ice will stay in my bottle for around 8 hours. A day of golfing, an amusement park, overnight ... still cold. This is the absolute best of the Contigo watet bottles because the straw means ypu dont have to tip it back to the sun to get a drink. And this particular straw slides right out and back up for easy washing. In my house everyone uses one if these to keep up water intake. It goes to school and work. I've found that when only using water in it that once a week through the dishwasher (straw and top on the top rack and stainless steel base on the bottom rack) is ideal for us. Doing that we have used these for years and they're still going strong. This particular purchase was a gift. Excellent gift! Everyone I've given these to raves about them forever. Great buy!! And Anything under 20 makes it a must buy!

Love Contigo water bottle. But ONLY the adult size of the stainless vacuum bottle. I drinks tons of water because it's apparently good for you. Over the years I've tried many bottle from Nelgine to Kleen Kanteen. I donated all my bottle to Good Will after my father discovered the Contigo water bottles at Costco in 2010. Five years later and everyone in my family and extended family has one of these bottles! It was love at first sight. My entire family owns a few of the adult size of the stainless vacuum bottles. My husband has one, I have two, my sister has one, my dad has three, and my mom has three. We all love them because they keep water cook for hours. We like to put ice in ours and it makes drinking the tasteless water good. Now, the child size one suck. The straw keeps falling apart, so NEVER buy the child size one. We have 5 of the child size contigo bottles, 3 plastic ones (not good for anything) and 2 stainless vaccum one. They straw in the child size bottles are flawed so they never stay on making the bottle useless. So to conclude. buy this adult version and don't waste money on the kids size.

I do Bikram yoga after work, which means that I load up my electrolyte drink in the morning before I leave. I wanted to find something that could keep a drink cold not only through an 8-hour sit in my hot car, but also through the 90-minute 104 degree class. I have found it in this Contigo bottle. In fact, I put coconut water in here with ice cubes at 8:30am, let it sit in my car all day, took class at 4:30, and I still had some ice cubes remaining after an hour into class. Amazing!Pro: My drink stayed ice cold even through a 90-min bikram yoga class. Light and very sharp-looking. Disassembly and cleaning are super easy - there are no components that can hide from a brush or a blast of super hot water.Con: You can't see how much of your beverage is left.Not being able to see how much drink is left can be mitigated by shaking the bottle, so it isn't so much of a con. I don't think that anyone could improve upon the design and function of this bottle. I will be ordering several of them!

I have purchased two of these and feel like my water stays as cold as in my yeti. I also prefer that it is narrow and tall rather than thick all around like a yeti. It is easy to drink while driving without worrying about my hand cramping or spilling on my lap while taking a sip. Now the downside: On both of the ones I purchased, the straw is about a quarter inch too long. Yes, you want it to reach the bottom to be able to drink every drop of water. That's fantastic. But...the straw (even when inserted properly into the top spout) touches the bottom of the bottle and creates a suction when you drink. It makes it difficult to take large gulps out of the straw as you can feel the suction. This is easily remedied by loosening the cap as you drink. Great. But...then you are opening your self to spills. I finally decided to use a knife and trim the straws down a quarter of an inch. Perfection!

I love this water bottle! I needed something that was easy to carry, it has a nice handle on the lid and also fits in my lab coat while I’m working. I love that it’s stainless steel, it keeps my water cold, but also doesn’t hold onto any flavors or scents. It does not leak and I love how the straw stows away, opening and closing it is kind of fun. I highly recommend this water bottle!

Works as advertised. Wife got one as a gift. I purchased one for myself and sent my daughter one as a gift. We fill it with ice tea and leave it in hot car (North Carolina) before taking 4-5 hour bike ride. Ice tea is still cold when we finish our ride. Only issue is that it can not be used for carbonated or hot drinks. I forgot and put hot coffee in the unit which spewed hot coffee out of the spout when I flipped it open. I use other containers for coffee but still prefer this for water or tea. We both use the Contigo at our desk at work. No problems if it gets knocked over since the flip spout keeps it sealed but opens at the touch of a button.

Awesome bottles. I used to be a die-hard Camelbak user until these came along. These don't leak, the spout is protected and they are easy to clean. My Daughter uses two for gym and now all her friends have them too. I fill with ice and water the night before and there is still ice in it 24 hours later, in the summer. Note: If bottle sweats after putting in ice, there is a vacuum leak and should be returned. This happened to a friends bottle.

I love this water bottle so much! The spout is great and the size and it keeps drinks cold!!!! I got ice water at 1pm in Cuba to sip at the beach, never drank it all and there was still ice in the bottle at 4 am the next day when I checked out of the hotel!!!! That’s in 30 deg celciua weather! Wow!

Bot dis bottle abt a year ago... haven't really used for a 6 months but these days I see the bottle leaking! To the money spent I'd really appreciate if it lasted longer!

Keeps my water cold through the night so I wake up to nice cold water. Sometimes it’s hard to sip it because I guess the straw loosens a bit. I just push it in every time that happens and it works but it’s annoying.
