Formula 1 Magic Series 3 Mana Deck Protector, Black

I have just returned to Magic the Gathering CCG after a long break (like somewhere around 2 decades - last I played was when The Dark was released). After purchasing a bunch of cards I needed to get some sleeves to protect them. I had purchased these sleeves along with  Dragon Shield 100 Sleeves - Purple  (as well as a second set of Ultra Pro sleeves with a different graphic -  Ultra Pro The Magic the Gathering (MTG) Mana Deck Protectors - GREEN (80 Sleeves) ). There is definitely a difference between them!These Ultra Pro sleeves seem more durable than the Dragon Shield sleeves, they look better and they're not as slick so they are easier to shuffle and handle.When shuffling, the cards/sleeves don't seem to catch in each other as they do with the Dragon Shield sleeves, which makes for easier, faster and more comfortable shuffling. The material seems to be thicker than the Dragon Shield sleeves, so they seem to be able to take more of a beating while remaining firm and keeping the card more rigid during shuffling than the Dragon Shield sleeves. And as I stated above, they don't seem to be as slick as the Dragon Shield sleeves - this means that your cards aren't going to slide around in the play area or your hand as much, giving you better handling of your cards while playing.The graphic for the sleeve back is completely opaque, so you can not see the back of the card in the sleeve. This is fine for double-sided cards, which seem *fairly* common (not too common, tho - I received 2 in about 300 cards) in the latest releases of MtG, if you don't want one side showing & want it in your deck; but you'll have to pull it out of the sleeve (or have an alternative) to show the other side.Between the Dragon Shield and the Ultra Pro sleeves, I'll choose the Ultra Pro.

Got these sleeves in the mail yesterday, ordered the black and the blue ones. After 3 games of magic all the corners on all of the sleeves have begun to peel. Makes it near impossible to shuffle and it looks horrible since underneath it's a mirror material. Really sticks out. I have had sleeves peel before, but that was after years of use, not 3 matches. I would send these back but like many cheap items, it's more expensive to send them back than they cost in the first place. To the garbage they go.Been playing MTG for 16 years.

I got exactly what i wanted and ordered. They came quickly and in good packaging through the regular mail. A for sure option for some good price Magic The Gathering card casings. This is a thumbs up from someone who has been playing for many years.

If you're looking for a deck protector, this is it. It's nice to see a cover that fits snugly and looks good like these do. Zero complaints, and I'll be re-buying this brand and style as my Magic career continues. ;o)

These are your standard deck protectors for Magic the gathering. All of these sleeves were intact and I already have a deck in them.

I've had these sleeves for a little more than a month and the corners and sides are peeling, I would expect better quality from a company like ultra pro and will not buy sleeves from them again and I will stick to custom artist sleeves I have had a set of sleeves from an artist for about the same time and no peeling or bending at all. The sleeves are much thinner so they slide together more easily.

I bought these for my deck when I was just starting to play MTG so I'd have something to protect my cards. These are overall a great buy, the only problem I've run into is if the deck is much more than about 60 cards, it gets hard to shuffle because of the thickness the sleeves add. However, I love these card sleeves and would definitely reccomend them to others.

The sleeves do just that and look stylish while accomplishing their purpose. They're somewhat thicker/stiffer than some other sleeves we've used in the past.

By chain reaction I started a mtg group in my school and with the amount I play ended up shredding the edges of my cards, I'm really glad I bought these, Even though it was an International purchase, they arrived more than a week early and I use them every day, its perfect for my standard 60-card decks, I will definately be buying more for my other decks in the future

These card sleeves for Magic The Gathering cards are fine quality, albeit a bit on the expensive side when compared to other card protecting solutions on the market. Cards slip in effortlessly and fit snuggly making your eventual playing deck easier to manage. The thickness of these sleeves however, while going a long way towards seriously protecting your cards, increase the thickness of a 60-card playing deck significantly. This may be something you would like to bear in mind when deciding on whether on not to purchase these sleeves. I personally found no issue with the resulting thickness given that I have fairly large hands.

Nettes Motiv für ein rein schwarzes Deck oder um sinene Gegner zu verwirren, wenn man aufeinmal eine ganz andere Farbe spielt.Leider brechen nach ordentlicher benutzung die Kanten ein wenig. Ich bevorzuge andere Hüllen.
