Medela Freestyle Spare Parts Kit, Breast Shield Connectors and Membranes, Extra Breast Pump Parts Designed Exclusively for Freestyle and Made Without BPA

I started to leave a 3 star review but realized it would not be due to THIS specific product. It works great and I had no issues with the initial product. Sadly though, this is Medela’s old design and they just don’t last long enough. They crack so easily at the connections. If you have the freestyle pump, these work great and are exactly what you’re looking for. I just wouldn’t recommend the freestyle pump (from an exclusively pumping mom)

Pros: Proper suction, easy to assemble, comparable to original parts, great value. Cons: Takes time to properly clean them. I exclusively pump with the Medela Freestyle and find the suction on the pump, along with these parts, is excellent. The value is great; I’ve only found these to be reasonably priced here on Amazon and Target, but Amazon Prime makes the shipping a lot faster than Target. They are easy to assemble with only three pieces and are just as good as the original parts that come with the pump. They can be a hassle to clean because there’s a lot of little spaces inside the parts to clean out breast milk residue, but a good soak in warm soapy water helps. I find it helpful to purchase two sets, so one is always in use while the other is drying/clean. Side note: In my opinion, you should replace these parts every 1-2 months for the pump to work at its best. Also, do not scrub the membranes (rubber pieces), my husband made that mistake and it compromised the suction. Just gently wipe in warm soapy water.

Bought these so I wouldn't have to wash the parts immediately after each pumping session. They work great but I will point out that if the suction is feeling low first make sure all the parts are clicked in properly and if it still feels low sometimes you just have to unclick and reclick them in.

Great quality. Bought because my breast pump valves were losing some suction. Thought price was very reasonable. Fit my Medela Freestyle perfectly.

Ordered Medela Freestyle Spare Parts to replace the ones I have. I only pump about once a day so mine original ones didn't wear out as quickly. The packaging was great! It was still sealed and all the parts were there. They were all clean and in great condition. As I am writing this review i am pumping with my new pump parts. I obviously washed and boiled them first. There was no defects or problems with them. They are working wonderfully and as expected for new parts. I couldn't be happier.

LOVE my Freestyle for all of its portability and the fact that I can fold laundry while pumping... I'm a big multi-tasker. However, it is very fussy. It has to be put together just right in order to be effective, and for some reason one side just quit working on me. It wasn't able to develop enough suction to pump-- at first I thought my milk supply was decreasing from one side! Replacing with these has taken care of the problem. The new pieces don't quite exactly fit with the old, so I'm sure to keep them separate to avoid frustration when they won't snap together.

I have an older model Medela Freestyle and can’t find the parts anywhere other than Amazon. I had been using my hand held manual pumps, but I really wanted to be hands free. So thankful for this option! They work well and came in a timely manner!!

I bought 4 sets of freestyle spare parts kits from this seller. When I opened one, I immediately noticed a strong plastic smell. I have been using Medela Freestyle for several months and I've bought the spare parts kits at Target, drugstore.com and Babies R Us. None of the spare parts I bought at these places smell the same as the products from this seller. At first I thought maybe because it's new. So I soaked it in water for a whole day. When I took it out, it still had the strong plastic smell which made me want to vomit. Then I washed it in warm water, but the smell got even worse. I bought these sets only because the seller had a better price, since I use quite a few breast pump accessories and it cost money. But now I've decided that I'll only buy from Amazon.com and never from a third-party seller. First, you never really know what kind of seller it is, whether they are legit or not. You don't want to risk your baby's health, to just save several bucks! I'd rather spend more and purchase from a brick & mortar store which I can really trust. Second, the customer service is no good!!! In our communication, the seller has just kept on blabbing how legit they are, how good their products are, and other customers had no problems blah blah blah. As a customer, I have my concern for a reason. And the seller should be there to address this concern, promptly and proactively, especially given that they are selling Baby products. And they don't provide return shipping label!!!! "All returns are up to the customer unless we provided an incorrect item. " This is what they said. What a condescending attitude!!! In years of shopping on Amazon, all sellers I encountered provided return shipping labels and they provided them AUTOMATICALLY and swiftly. Very disappointing. Will not buy from this seller again

Have had an excellent experience with medella pump and bought a second set of parts as I am almost a full time pumper.

I have a Freestyle pump that I used for my elder daughter 6 years ago. Now I need to use it for my baby daughter, only to find out the suction was close to zero. The pump seemed to work fine so I assumed it was some sealing issue, and I decided to give these new parts a try. Glad I did it. Now the pump works as good as it was 6 years ago. I'm very happy to spend $30 to safe $500 on a new pump.

Items arrived in perfect condition..good to have a second set of these for mothers pumping multiple times per day.

Me encanta que haya un repuesto. Es muy resistente. Me sido muy útil contar con un juego extra para mi extractor. La dinámica de extracción en el trabajo ha cambiado ahora con mi segundo bebé. Suelo extraerme leche dos veces en la jornada y cuando mi primera bebé usaba la misma oficina todo el tiempo y controlaba bien donde lavar y dejar secar las piezas de mi extractor. Pero ahora con la segunda debo cambiar de oficina para la extracción y no siempre puedo dejar secando las piezas. Así que me sirve tener otro juego limpio y estéril para la segunda extracción. Incluso eso me ha permitido ser donadora de leche materna pues le guardo más leche a mi bb de la que necesita al día. Tener otro juego siempre estéril es una maravilla.
