Natural Fitness Wrist Assist Gloves

I do a lot of push-ups and burpees and my wrists have started to hurt anytime I support my weight on them. I bought these gloves to help. The bottom line is that they did help me, although they work a little different than I expected. First, the gel pad on the palm works very well. I was a bit hesitant to drop into burpees and really trust that they would absorb the impact, but they did. I was able to launch into burpees and really not worry about the impact. The other thing these gloves do is apply light tension to your fingers if you try to bend them back too far. There is not really any compression support near the back of the wrist, even if I tighten the gloves as much as possible. But my wrists did not hurt, so I was OK with that.One thing I was a little disappointed in was that there is barely any padding on the fingers if you want to do push-ups in a closed fist position. However, it's still better than having no padding at all.Finally, the gloves look pretty feminine. I didn't notice the purple when I ordered them. It's not terrible, and I'll continue to wear them.I ordered a Large, since I have fairly large hands, and the gloves fit and are tight, which seems right. It's a little difficult to get the gloves off, but that's not a big deal.

LOVE these gloves!!! Fantastic for yoga! Perfect support and help me get into poses better. They’re non-slip! Fingerless so my hands dont sweat and fingers are free, and the padding at the lower palm is comfortable and supports my form to alleviate pressure in my wrist. (I do not have a diagnosis of any sorts for my wrist) I was just looking for something that could help alleviate some pressure since I seem to be sensitive in that area and these gloves have been wonderful for it! Haven't found anything comparable yet that checks the boxes mentioned above. The quality is good and they have held up wonderfully for the last year. The only thing is I wish they came in different prettier colors. Will definitely buy another pair as a backup in the future

These have actual padding in the palm area. It reminds me of those padded butt jeans or shapers. This is slightly helpful but my wrist palm pad and joint still hurt after 20 minutes of yoga which is a bit upsetting. I am going to need to wrap in an ace bandage under these I think. I do like that I don't slip at all on my yoga mat due to the grippy finger and palm surface texture. I have long fingers though my hands are thin and a medium fit fine. I also don't sweat too terribly in these - I returned another set of gloves that made my hands sweat so bad they slipped inside the glove. The color and design is attractive and these arrived quickly and nicely packaged. I do wish there was more support of that entire wrist joint and not just the pad/palm. If you have wrist or joint problems you will need a wrist support in addition to these gloves but the padded palm is unique and very helpful for supporting yourself in yoga arm balance positions..

I'm a men's medium/women's large glove size. But it's my finger length & palm span closest to my fingers where I need the space. I am having trouble determining if it is just my finicky hand shape, or if the gloves are just pulling funny, but it is VERY uncomfortable between my fingers in yoga poses like down Dow dog & plank. As I use them in more classes, I am noticing that the pain is diminishing, could be getting used to it, or the gloves are stretching.Having said all that, my yoga instructor noticed a change right away the noticeable improvement in my strength and ability to maintain poses previously very difficult for me.My back and core weren't properly supported before. Now I don't feel like I'm potentially causing injury to my bad back! I can already, after just 3 weeks, feel a big change. I am so much more supported by the grip & also by the gel wrist pad which serves quite well to hold my wrists flat so they don't wobble around. Another problem solved. Weak wrists no more (at least, while doing yoga).

I use them for Pilates and they have been very helpful in relieving pain in my thumbs and wrists.

My sister has these gloves and I loved them! I just bought them and wore them the day after I bought them. Within 5 minutes of wearing the gloves while working out, my fingers and hands were covered in a thick, sticky black substance. I washed my hands with Dawn, used alcohol and a scrub, then polish remover and still can't get if all off. This is probably a defective pair of gloves because my sister did not have this problem with her gloves. I'm so disappointed because I need the extra cushion these gloves provide.

I had a bit of a bad start ~ when I ordered the gloves my first delivery included two right gloves, which I exchanged with ease through Amazon. Then I received two left gloves .... again, easy return with Amazon. Decided not to exchange, but contacted company to advise them of my experience. They were awesome, handled the problem professionally, and sent out a new pair of gloves to me right away. As far as the gloves themselves are concerned, I bought them for wrist support. I do mixed cardio and weight cross training. I have weak wrists and suffer from carpal tunnel. These gloves have really helped my workouts and to protect my wrists from strain whether I am using hand weights or doing floor work with push ups and planks. I would highly recommend if you experience wrist strain. The company is aces in my book for responding to the right/left glove mix up professionalism and efficacy.

This is my second pair- i use them for weight training. !st pair lasted about 2 years, being worn 3-4 x/week. I have bad arthritis of both thumb base joints so these gloves nicely cushion that area. The inside liner holding the (thick) gel cushions in place wore away after about the 1st year- i was able to use an iron on repair fabric to keep them in. These were out of stock for a long time- maybe 6-8 months. however, they were cheaper this time! i had a medium but went up to large due to joints swollen from arthritis, & happy i did.

I have only had them a few weeks and the fabric has started to fray on the edges.
