Diamond AMD Radeon R9 290X 4GB DDR5 PCIe 3.0 Video Card

Its a nice and quick and can handle pretty much any game you throw at it, BUT (and this is a big BUT). This card is loud and hot! when it's under load, it's gotten past to 90 and idles at 60! This is true for all 290x's with the reference design. I got it for super cheap at microcenter but i couldn't take it. Functionality wise, this works just fine, but do you really want your computer sound like a jet engine?

Purchased from Microcenter for $329, so this is a ridiculous deal for a 290x. Huge 512-bit bus and does very well at 4k resolution. Stays surprisingly cool and quiet. This may be the best reference design 290x out there. Highly recommended.
