Perfect for milling FR1 PCBs.
Wow, who knew what a difference you could get just by changing your endmill. I had always used supplied by The Other Machine Co with my OtherMill and had just assumed that deburring the board with steel wool after cutting was a necessary step. Even though this bit was expensive compared to others, I ordered it from Amazon simply because it would come fastest.I chocked it into the machine and cut my first board and I was surprised to find NO BURRS. The copper edges are perfect. This photo is showing the board still in the machine, immediately after cutting. It is clean and Ready to be used without any deburring at all.I am going to use these bits for now on. The extra cost is well worth it for the superior results.

Just the right size for Cat 5 through rubber plug
Hard to find a 3/16" end mill with a long cutting length or where the shank is the same diameter as the cutting surface. This fit the bill. We have a selection of these for cutting round holes through roughly 1" thick rubber plugs. Normal drill bits aren't designed to cut the side walls of the rubber so they end up just shoving it out of the way and leaving a really rough cut. End mills work much better, and this one is perfect for little 3/16" holes.

Will be purchasing again, with the 1/8" LOC I was able to do nice deep carving ( for the bit width ) they are a little pricing compared to others but prime shipping and getting htem in 2 days rather then 7-10 is worth the $2 more than other places.

so good, I haven't managed to break it yet
Have used it to make about 50 full length cuts already (in aluminum). So far, so good, I haven't managed to break it yet. It's hard to find these with 1/4" cutting length. I give it an A+, and have ordered a spare.
