Great full-featured bidet for the price
We've had our BioBidet BBC-270 a little over a week now. I'm really happy with it. Installation: Installation was fairly easy: attach some T-joints, screw in some hoses, and you're up and running. The instructions are a bit vague regarding placement for some spacers and rubber washers but we figured it out. Took about an hour including cleanup time and drilling a hole in the vanity for the hot water hose (you'll need a 5/8" drill bit and a dremel or something similar to expand the hole a bit or a 3/4" bit). You'll also need a set of bumpers as it adds at least 1/8" under your toilet seat and it will have a noticeable slope without bumpers. Use: The bidet is simple and easy to use. There are three controls: angle (front, back or self-clean), water pressure--this also is the on/off, and temperature. I gave temperature control 5 stars because the control is clearly labeled and works really well, but the reality is that it takes long enough for warm water to start running that you're functionally using cold unless you go for a long rinse. Alternatively, if you run the hot water in the bathroom sink you can get a warm rinse, but that wastes a lot of water. This is a function of the amount of pipe between our hot water heater and toilet and has nothing to do with the bidet design. The bidet does a great job of cleaning. We're definitely using less toilet paper than before. Other: My only real complaint has to do with aesthetics. In order to accommodate a wide range of toilet seats the bidet has two adjustable spacers that line it up with the seat holes in the toilet. Since it does not match the shape of the toilet seat the bracket is noticeable under the seat and this gives it a bit of a college try aesthetic rather than a professional finish, but for $70 I'm happy. You'd have this problem with any bidet of this type, so unless you want to spend a few hundred bucks on a toilet seat replacement style bidet, this is something you'll just have to live with.

Good hot water connection
The best attachment bidet with a good hot water hose! Wish I could find another!

Works well, but difficult to clean
I like the bidet I bought, but I wish I had known a few things before buying it. 1) The portion that goes toward the back of the tank (where the screws go through the toilet) is extremely difficult to clean around. I've resorted to removing it to clean the toilet. Water and other fluids get trapped around the crevices and makes it rather disgusting. The flat portion sticks out over the toilet bowl by several inches, so if you have men or boys with poor aim, be prepared for extra cleaning. 2) The temperature is completely dependent on the water coming from your pipes. To ensure you have warm water, either turn the on the hot water at the sink or turn on the self cleaning function before cleaning yourself. 3) Installation took a lot longer than anticipated and require more tools than anticipated (but no specialty tools). I had to fiddle with the water hoses as they were leaking when I first attached them. I found the most difficult part to be attaching it to the toilet since the bidet is very heavy on one side and kept tipping off if it wasn't held down. The hoses are an odd size, but the kit includes everything you need to install, unless you require longer hoses. 4) The water pressure (this may be totally dependent on household water pressure) goes from barely pushing the nozzles out on settings 1-2 to a full on spray on 3. It's a little shocking if you aren't prepared for it. The Europeans in my household are hesitant to use it a first (they are used to a stand alone bidet), but after a while warmed up to it. Given the cost of this vs a renovation to add a bidet, this won out for our household.

Great functioning product! My butt is so happy.
The product was fairly easy to install (about 30 minutes) with basic plumbing knowledge. I turned off all of the relevant water cut offs at the toilet and sink, wrapped all of the ends in plumbers tape, tightened the hoses to the adapter, and installed the pieces in my current plumbing configuration. Everything was pretty straight forward and intuitive, as I installed the entire bidet without consulting the directions. Myself, my wife, and my 2 year old daughter have all used it with delight. (It was our first bidet experience and we were all quite delighted at the convenience and clean). Some reviews mentioned non-standard sizing; however, this wasn't an issue for me everything lined up perfectly the first time with no leakage. I would highly recommend this product at it's current price point. The only thing that I believe could be improved would be the design. It isn't terribly aesthetically pleasing; however, I don't plan to go into my bathroom often for non "business" reasons so- functionally it's great and the aesthetics don't matter *that* much, but the profile could be slimmed down and the controls could be refined to a cleaner more streamlined look.

Great "Enema" Function
Purchased this after hearing Howard Stern brag about how great his Toto toilet is. Thought I'd give bidet'ing a try. Love this thing. The install is pretty easy provided you have a hot water supply near the toilet. It was easy for me because I was redoing our bathroom so I installed one beside the (cold) toilet supply valve. Other than that, I guess people run the long hot water hose (included) through a hole in their vanity and tee off the hot water going to the sink. Temp control is great. There is no built-in tank so turn the self-cleaning function on full hot when you first sit. By the time you're ready for cleaning you should have hot water coming through the bidet. If your toilet is on the opposite side of the house from the hot water heater, reach over and turn on the faucet to help get hot water to the bathroom quicker. And as far as the "enema" function goes, find the right "spot" and RELAX. You'll KNOW when you're doing it right. :)

Difficult to install and dubious quality valves
I have been using the product for a few months now and the outstanding points are as follows. The installation was quite challenging for two reasons: the included fittings use a very uncommon thread - you will not find extensions in any plumbing store and must rely only on the manufacturer (who does not ship accessories/spares outside the US). Still, as another review has noted, this thread is actually M12x1.0 which while rare can still be found! I managed to connect my European BSPP thread to this product using the adapters found at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GYR9BQG The installation troubles did not end there! Seat cover compatibility can be a big issue, as the product is quite thick and requires the seat to work OK even when it is not sitting straight on the bowl (the front end is tilted down an inch). I needed to completely replace my toilet seat and glue some custom "bumpers" in between the seat and the bowl in order to make it fit. Expect a lot of hassle in fitting the bidet to your toilet! Be sure that the seat makes good contact with the bowl all around, otherwise your seat will break after some months in use. The initial hassle taken care of, daily usage of the product has been "okay". The temperature control works and the bypass mode allows any cold water in the pipes to (mostly) be flushed out. One second's worth of cold water still remains in the works, regardless, as the bypass mode uses different internal piping than the bidet mode. The valves do not appear to be of particularly high quality - sometimes even when the main valve closed, I get water leakage between my hot and cold pipes, leading to cold water filling my hot water line. Jiggling the valves open and closed tends to fix this but if you don't notice when it happens you might be in for a surprise! For 50 dollars I was not expecting much but it is still a disappointment. I would have preferred to pay more and get a better quality product. The sprayer is fairly focused and intense, a single small jet of water. Completely different from handheld sprayers that are more widely distributed and gentler. This might not work for everyone, although I found it acceptable (though I would prefer a broader stream).

Do NOT buy this Bidet. Warranty support will have you running around in circles with any problems.
I bought this November 10, 2020. It had a leak. I returned it through Amazon for a replacement.. no problems, these things happen. Fast forward to today. The bidet stopped working, no water coming through no matter how I changed the knobs. So I called up the support line. What happened next I can describe as hilarious. The support representative kept telling me to check the valve. There are two. I said "both"? She said: check the valve. I said "There are two, do I need to check them both?" Never mind that I used this two days ago-- the chances of a clog clogging up these two and nothing else in the whole house including the faucet and the toilet also hooked up to these is near zero. Just so you know, this is a temperamental installation. If you take things apart and put them back together, you'll be there for at least 15 minutes and monitoring it for days to make sure there is no leak. So I said, okay, let's say that there is no problem there. What happens next? She told me the next step is to disassemble your bidet and replace the internal valve yourself! So you basically have to spend hours fixing a problem with *their* manufacturing process, and in the process become an assembler for their system! That's Biobidet's idea of a warranty service! Stay far, far away from this company. Their warranty is sham unless your time has no value.

Excellent.
First bidet, didn't want to spend a ton of money before we knew what features we really wanted. In hindsight, we would have been OK with a model that only has the wash select and adjustable pressure (no warm water). First, we live in Florida and the tap water isn't that cold, nor is the indoor or outdoor temp. Second, a bidet will not flow enough water to flush the cold water out of the hot lines before you're done washing. So the ability to hook up the warm water really isn't that big of a deal. Maybe in colder climates and if you purge the cold water at the sink before you use the bidet, the warm water option might be worthwhile. I have done this to get warm water, and it does work well. It would be helpful if the water flow specs were posted, so one could understand whether it flows enough to trigger a tankless water heater.

Best Ever Bidet!
Tried several models of bidets from Mercola to Brondell and found this Bio Bidet to be the best for me because of the more fine tuned spray pressure (ie.does not hurt like Brondell), warm water option, clever clicking mechanism on the dial and thoughtful spray selection option. It was also easy to install. The only leaking problem I had was installing the bidet too close to the back of the inside of the toilet. The manual pull out cleaning feature of the nozzles accidentally pulled out slightly because it was too snug against the porcelain rim, creating a quiet, invisible and slow leak under the toilet seat bolt area and then down the side of the toilet pooling on the floor. It was slow because it only leaked when the bidet was in use ~ so beware of this when installing. Be sure to leave a small space between back of nozzles and toilet bowl rim to allow for the nozzles to be completely sealed when placing the bidet on the toilet. Excellent product for the money. I paid $69.95 Canadian on Amazon.ca I also spoke to the Canadian rep for this company and was very impressed with his customer service and integrity.

Women will love it. I love it.
This is the first time we are using a bidet. I am also glad that I read reviews for the Bio Bidet Duo where peoples mentioned having the options of using both cold and hot water. The additional cost for this product with hot and cold water conection is worted. My wife was reluctant at first, and we where having some problems adjusting the water temperature, not because of the product fault or something. Now we got use to it and learned how to adjust the temperature and we love it. I love having my backside cleaned with no toilet paper left there. I have not use the toilet paper since I installed it. For me it was easy to install, if you know what you are doing, disconnecting and connecting the required piping. Great product, I highly recommend it. Now I have to convince my daughters to use it. A friend of ours is coming from Italy, where they use bidets, and she is glad to hear that we have one installed that she can use while visiting Canada.

Good product but not reliable as expected
The product worked ok and it was perfect the first six month. After six months, the bidet has a water leak from outside at the cold and hot water input joints to the bidet, in addition to the leak from the nozzle itself. It seems that it has a reliability issue, I don't know if such issues are covered with any time of warranty or not by the supplier. Further Update: Yesterday I got the bidet stopped working. Either we open or close the water flow, it doesn't work at all. I disassembled it to diagnose the problem, and after investigation, I found a major manufacturing issue that will appear with any one after some time of bidet usage. The problem is in the main water flow control switch (the Silver Brass Flow Valve) which is made of two parts, the control stem and silver brass ball. The ball is used to allow the water flow and is controlled by the stem by rotating it the same way like screw driver. After some time the stem gets loose causing a water leak from inside the bidet, where the water gets out from the entry holes of the water hoses, as well as the stem moves up away from the ball causing the inability to use the bidet anymore, unless you found some workaround to push every time of use to put it back in place. If the manufacturer built the stem and the ball as one piece, this problem wouldn't appear, but unfortunately, they didn't do it as one piece.

bidet nozzle
it was a little bit difficult to install. Once installed, the lid did not close properly so it was not aligned, there was a gap between the seat and the lid. The spray was barely used because it made a mess when the water jetted out. it was difficult to clean the toilet properly and to keep clean.

A poor product with poor customer support
I ordered and installed this product. I wanted to share my personal experience. Installation experience: Poor Product operation: Average Product reliability: Poor Customer service: Poor Installation: I replaced my old bidet with this one from Bio Bidet. I was hoping to use the existing plumbing. I realized that Bio Bidet uses plumbing parts that are non-compatible with North American standards. Despite visiting the local hardware stores and several specialty plumbing stores, I was not able to find the parts to allow me to use my existing plumbing. Ultimately I had to redo the whole thing and use their provided parts. However, the downside was that if I run into any issues in the future with wear and tear and leaks, I would be in trouble. Product Operation: My old bidet had a faucet style handle for controlling the flow and temperature as opposed to this one which uses circular knobs that click as you turn them. When it comes to pressure and temperature control, I feel that the operation of my old bidet was smoother and more reliable. Product Reliability: Right after installation, I ran into a problem where the bidet would make a buzzing noise even though it was off. This would happen when the temperature knob was anywhere between the -2 to 2 positions. If the temperature knob was anywhere outside of this range, the noise would go away. Next would be by experience with Bio Bidetโs customer service. Customer Support: After I emailed my problem to customer support, they told me that someone would call me. Three days later I received the call and explained the problem. They could not offer any solutions and said that the only way to deal with this would be for me to send back the bidet first before they send back a replacement. They would not even consider exchanging it by sending a replacement unit first even as I offered them to place a credit card hold for the replacement until I sent them the defective one. They did not agree. For the bidet to be removed for several days and lave the toilet operational, the hose outlets had to be capped. But as I explained before, due to the non-standard sizes, I was not able to find the parts needed. I sent a follow up email with explanation of my problem and included a video of the problem so they could validate the defect. They never replied back despite three more follow-up emails. At the end, I do not recommend this product. The main concerns being the non-standard parts and the indifferent customer support. I have returned this product.
