The Condor Rip-Away EMT pouch carries all your 1st aid gear. The pouch is designed to be rip-away from the modular platform when needed, and the strap on the platform keeps it from falling off accidentally.

The best med pouch you don't own yet but should
I'll start by stating that I have ZERO affiliation with the Condor brand. That said, I thoroughly believe they don't receive nearly as much attention or credit as they deserve for their supreme products.I got this pouch to add as secondary storage for my Get Home/Emergency Bag and it's since become an irreplaceable part of my setup. I believe most people creating a Bug Out Bag or the like pay far too little attention to First Aid. This pouch allows for an appropriate amount of that such gear without taking up too much space in a bag's internal compartments. Not only that, but the tear away feature is nothing short of brilliant. In the event that this thing should need to be used it will need to be accessed quickly. Mounting it on the outside of your pack just makes sense. Having it so easily removed from the place it's being stored is beyond simply "handy." Until such a time as it's needed, it will stay in place securely without question. As for fit & finish, this thing is beyond rugged. I look forward to testing it in the elements. The stitching is all top notch and reinforced in all the places where it makes the most sense. There was a lot of thought going into the design of this item. The material is heavy. If you appreciate good craftsmanship, you will be pleased here. The functionality of this pouch is first rate as well. Though it has the tear-away feature, it can just as easily be used in place by unzipping and unfolding it where it's stored on a pack or vest.Just in case it's not completely clear by this point, I'm beyond pleased. I've already ordered a second to add to my wife's bag as well.

Great pouch for medical supplies
This Rip-Away bag I am using as a personal medical pouch which I have attached to the exterior of my backpack for easy access. It's durable and very well stitched around all corners and edges. It opens up into three different compartments with many pockets and elastic holders so you can accommodate all your medical supplies.I've used this now for several months and still looks and feels strong. Everything inside stays well put in place and has much room for everything and then some. The zippers are strong and come with an extra flap that covers them so they don't accidentally unzip. It's a great rip away pouch, the backing plate it sturdy and has a very good Velcro backing stitched extremely strong but also has an exterior snap that protects the entire bag from catching on something and falling out.If you find my review to be of help, please click the "helpful" button below. Thanks and always be safe :)

BEST IFAK POUCH!
I have now purchased two (tan & black) of these bags and use them as IFAK, for the cars. I have set mine up for major trauma; however there is enough room (In the zipper section) for a general 1st aid kit. With the strap you can place secure this pouch onto the passenger side head rest. I have attached a photo, but if anyone would like me to list out what I EDC please just ask. Stop reading this and hit buy already!

Excellent first-aid pouch for the car or on the go
I got this and packed it with everything I could, and keep it in my car, strapped to the headrest of the shotgun seat. It holds everything you could need for a thorough first aid kit for most basic needs (I even fit a respirator gadget in there) and in ways which make it quickly accessible and easy to put back into place after use. If you need something more than basic first aid I would want a larger pouch (and if I was an EMT a MUCH larger pouch. I got first use of it recently when a teen grabbed a hot stick to toss back into the fire at a little outing we were having ... they learned not to grab hot sticks, and I got to grab my kit and make use of it. Very handy.

new and improved!
This is the second one of these i have purchased in a few months, and to my surprise they have greatly improved on the quality and design of this product! it was a five star product before, but now it is easily as good as any high-end tactical gear company's product with out a shadow of a doubt. It now is made from an even greater quality material (more hearty) and has a black inner mesh (on the coyote tan model) over laying the drop down mesh pocket that is shapely to accomodate items that are not flat such as airway items, needle catheters and such. P.S. i have read the reviews of this item and often see that people are bothered by the seemingly too-long strap that goes over the top of the pouch for fear that it is a quality control issue, but fear not.. IT IS DESIGNED TO STOW A C.A.T STYLE TOURNIQUETTE THERE FOR EASY ACCESS.

or attach to a riggers belt like a small butt pouch
I have had this pouch for two years. I have put a lot of miles on it, taking it hiking, camping, rock climbing, and on road trips. It is small enough to put in a ruck sack without taking up all the room, molle to the outside of a backpack or ruck, or attach to a riggers belt like a small butt pouch. The straps on the back are sturdy enough to attach it firmly without the pouch flopping around when you move.I say it's small, but you can pack this thing full of supplies. I was worried it would bust a seam or that the zipper would fail. After two years of me filling this thing to the point where I have to squish it down with my hands to zip it shut, there hasn't been a single busted seam or zipper issue. And there are plenty of sleeves and loops inside to keep all your stuff organized.I am not prepared to say that it is water proof because I have not submerged it. But it has been rained and snowed on and nothing inside was damp. This is the best first aid pouch I have owned. As an added bonus, the one time I have had to perform first aid on myself, it was pretty easy to open one handed.

Quite a bit bigger than normal pouches, but then, dressings and bandages are larger than the average.
The photographs fail to give a proper sense of perspective to the size of this pouch - it's quite a lot larger than most standard Molle pouches - for good reason; it takes a very healthy amount of kit inside. It's well-made, well-finished and if the use I've given it so far is anything to go by, certainly should stand the test of time. Given the importance of good equipment in First Aid, I've added the Leatherman LT40 Raptor Leatherman LT140 Raptor Emergency Medical Shears , which makes short work of cutting clothing, packaging, dressings and bandages - certainly far more expensive than regular scissors, but in my opinion, well worth it. Well built and spacious
Great quality first aid kit pouch. The sewing is done very well and the pouch looks really tidy at first glanceThe Velcro is good quality, very strong making it impossible for the pouch to come undone by accident. There is also an additional adjustable strap that holds it nice and secure. Undo the clip and pull hard on the carry handle to rip the pouch away from where it's fastened. The inside is well compartmented, and spacious enough for a wide range of medical supplies. Very good for hiking, camping and other outdoor activities.

Brilliant Molle First Aid/Medical Bag
Absolutely ideal for my needs. The Velcro panel means instant removal should I need the first aid kit from the molle panel in my vehicle. The layout internally means I can find what I need without any issues. Pleased with both the size and quality and would recommend the kit bag.

Good pouch for multiple casualties
I bought this kit as more of an IFAK for my bushcraft kit..... wayyy too big for that. Though it now comes with me whenever I go on a multi day hike or when there’s 2+ people out on the trail with me. Brilliant design with a lot of room to compartmentalise your supplies, definitely strong and holding up to the rest of time. Just for me, a little too big for a solo IFAK.

Brilliant!
Absolutely brilliant IFAK pouch in EMS red, no shortage of storage options, I found the MOLLE webbing on the front extremely useful for shears plus a lightstick.

Impressive little expanding pouch
Use it as part of a modular bug out/get home bag and camping kit. Has first aid, fire lighting, 550 cord, water purification, light sticks, pocket knife and various other items. Interior pouch at the back also big enough to hold a medium sized paperback book. Transfer it from car to house when needed. Good size for all those smaller items you need and allows easy transport and transferring of them. Seems to be holding together well and mines is pretty packed full. The quick release buckle helps hold it all together nicely and supports the zip. Impressed with it and would recommend.

Works well, good quality,
This is excellent, I use it for my haematology medicines when travelling. It has plenty of divisions and is well made. Has more space than it looks like it does

Quality issues?
Very disappointed in the quality of this pouch. I expected more from the make. I didn't even have time to fill it with kit. It broke as I tried to open it...
