Tapout Youth Special Edition Fang Mouth Guard

Great product! The fangs are a little more incentive for a young child to want to wear them. They are easy to mold as per directions are given and if done properly they offer a 30,000.00 dollar dental warranty of product fails. But as my headline suggest it would be for 5 and younger in my opinion. I have included pictures to give you a idea.But as stated earlier I would recommend them because my four year takes Hapkido and does have to spare and it's required to wear a mouth guard. And getting him to wear one comfortable enough was like pulling teeth. Hope you laughed at the pun.

I got this for both my boys (8 almost 9 and 10 1/2 years old) it worked okay for the younger one and he is a little on the small side. Okay not great, not even good. It took 4 tries to get to okay. Didn't work for my 10 year old. The side of the mouth guard are just to shallow, there really isn't enough surface area to get a really good fit. If you're looking for a small child or someone with a small mouth and teeth then these would probably work. My off to buy another mouthguard. I did buy for myself the Under Armour ArmourFit strapless and it is amazing so I think that is what I am going to go with.

I purchased this these mouthguards for my son for his Jiu Jitsu class. He had to have the fangs! The other kids in class love them too and a couple even purchased their own. We took two tries to make sure the guard fit tight. He is missing a few baby teeth, being a kid, and having a good fit is really important. I would absolutely recommend these for any sport requiring a mouth guard.

These are a bit difficult for kids to make a correct impression in one try, they hold together better than the other mouth guards on my kids teams, and there is no plastic cover that sloughs off when chewed on a bit. Very sturdy and very cool for my boys.

they are good if your kid gives you a hard time about wearing a mouth guard. My son wears his for hockey he says its fun to show your fangs when taking a face off they are to busy looking at you instead of the puck

Just tried to fit both of the mouth guards (black and yellow) included in the package for my 6 year old son. We were unable to successfully fit either of the mouth guards as they seemed to be too small and no matter what we did, the walls of the mouth guard partially collapsed, ruining the potential fit of the guard. The fit issue is probably compounded because kids of the "youth" age group are potentially in the process of getting and losing teeth.The idea of a guard that stays in place it great, but this product is too difficult to fit and runs on the small side, compounding the difficulty of the process. I have fit many mouth guards for myself and sons over the years, and they can be challenging even when well designed. This product needs to be re-engineered to be a viable option.I am very disappointed in the quality of this product given it relatively high price.

They almost seemed a bit small for my 9 year old. But we're able to mold them when boiled. Super fun to watch my son wear these when he goes to his games and martial art competitions. The look on the other kids face when my son smirks and shows his fangs is priceless. Brings me enjoyment every time.

This was the WORST thing i have ever seen come in the mail its AWFUL its the most SMALLEST FREAKING THING EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not even Tiny Tim could wear this STUPID MOUTH GAURD!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS MOUTH GAURD unless you have a kid that is so FREAKIN SMALL. Actually if you have a kid that is so small to fit this mouth gaurd crap they probably shouldn't be in karate because this thing is basically for people 1 to 2. DO NOTTTTT BUY THIS MOUTH GAURD FOR ANYONE take your kid to the store and make sure it fits first. Also the picture shown online is a LIE it is 1000000000000 TIMES SMALLER. I am sending this Crap back and Never buying anything this Stupid Again
