I read Cuff links and Hair Pins first ; written by the same Author Marianna Albert. I strongly suggest you read them both. The Proposition is written from Jay a 21 year old what he felt, what he knew ,or thought he knew during these 36 weeks. Cuff Links and Hair Pins written from the view of Charlie a 21 year old female over the same 36 weeks. In both the author captivated the reader, you are there . You laugh ,you cry, you fall in love , you morn a great loss. Best Novel since Gone with wind.

If you read Cuff Links and Hair pins! like me you wanted to know more about Jay! Marianna Albert wowed me with the twists and turns in both books, but Jays story really puts all the pieces together! I admit, I *almost* felt bad for him! but not really!!! This is a must read!
