Suunto Ambit2 S Strap Graphite

Bought this for my husband’s Suunto watch when the band cracked. It does not come with a tool to use to attach it. We had to buy a jewelers kit to be able to replace the old broken band. Every time my husband goes to take the watch off, the band falls off. Disappointing, especially since those watches are not cheap.

I have a Suunto Ambit 2 watch that every 2 years needs another strap. This is a genuine Suunto replacement strap, not some generic low-quality strap. The strap comes with new Torx 6 T-6 screws and even a tube of Locktite to prevent screws from loosening. I use my Teeny Turner multi-bit screwdriver that has the T-6 bit (sold on Amazon) for the screws. The strap is definitely worth the money.

When selecting the Graphite strap, the picture showed the buckle side of the strap as solid (not perforated) which is how the watch comes when first purchased. What arrived was a strap with both sides perforated. Right now, if you are shopping it does the same thing. The Graphite strap pictured shows the solid side. When you add it to your cart a small thumbnail appears and you have to look very closely to see the holes. DECEPTIVE.

Product comes with everything except the tiny screwdriver to get the old strap off. Had to take myWatch to a jewelry to have them do it for me. Other than that it was fast shipping which was great!

It's a good replacement. I'm expecting it will break like the last but the cost has become easier to swallow. But guess what? After more than two years... it hasn't broken yet!

Perfect replacement for my original Ambit strap, just don't forget to have a torx to swap it out.

ITs Great to ambit2S but not for Ambit 2.. its funcional for both

Quality and fit is fine, with some improvements over the ambit 2 band it replaces, but way too expensive for what it is.
