Works great, will say my fire button broke but was easy to fix, take apart four screws fix the trigger part put back together. Works well after that, does the job have used about four times now.

Great quality and great price. This thing was bought for a specific project for which it worked perfectly. Now I will have it for whatever purpose is needed that particular day. This is a nice one!

A waste of money, Worst soldering tool I've ever used!!!! or I should say tried to use. It's rated as a 100W soldering gun, You can barely melt butter with this thing! I ended up using my old 30 watt soldering iron.

Please save yourself the time and money... I thought this was a good price and that anything would be better than my old, tired iron. I only had the oppritunity to make one connection before "poof!" A little smoke rolled out from the case, no more buzz, no more light. The item broke within first 5 mins soldering a ring terminal to 18awg wire. And even that one connection was difficult. Ended up doing the job with my orignal iron. I would not recommend this product to anyone seeing how it broke so easily. Spend $10 more and get an iron or mini butane iron from radio shack. Done. Edit: I contacted the seller requesting a refund. They responded within 12 hours with a full refund. Fantastic Customer Service, thank you!

I've only used this a couple of times for small fixes, but so far it has worked perfect. I had a cheap android tablet that needed a battery. I ordered the battery from China and this soldering gun and fixed the device for less than $25. The gun was inexpensive and did what it was supposed to do. Seems like a good value to me.

I bought this to solder wire connectors. The gun is too bulky for fine detail work. I would recommend it for working on 12 gauge and heavier wire. This will not work well when working with "speaker" sized wire.
