Sta-Lube SL3121 Water-Resistant Marine Grease - 14 oz. Tub , Blue

I recently used the Sta-Lube SL3121 Water-Resistant Marine Grease to repack the wheel bearings on my boat trailer, and overall, I’m quite satisfied. The grease has a thick, tacky consistency and is notably water-resistant, which is crucial for marine applications. After several trips, the bearings continue to perform smoothly without any signs of water intrusion. However, I noticed that the grease is a bit more challenging to clean off compared to others I’ve used, likely due to its water-resistant properties. Despite this minor inconvenience, I believe it’s a reliable choice for protecting trailer bearings in wet conditions.

I got this to lube bearings on a mini bike. It seems to work great. I can also use it on anything that needs grease that might get wet.

I use this for greasing all the bearings (bottom bracket, hubs, headset, pedals etc.) of my vintage touring bicycles. It works very well for this purpose, as the grease seems to resist moisture exposure (rain storms, puddles) better than traditional wheel bearing grease does. The consistency of this grease is slightly different (thicker) than traditional bearing grease. I've noticed no difference in rolling resistance compared to using regular grease. Good stuff!

Best grease I have ever used on my boat trailer. Will not wash out even after several launches. Boat is used exclusively in salt water and I usually had to replace wheel bearings every 8 to 10 months. More than a year since using this grease and the wheel bearings still have no pits or signs of wear..

A good buy

My first marine grade grease was bad because it wasn't rated for long road trips. This passes all concerns as it is marine rated and great for trailer bearings. No issues on a 2000 mile trip.

I used it on my outboard steering, worked nicely.
