The best foot massager, short of a human. Sturdy & rolls well. The grooves really soothe.

This is a very simple product, a piece of wood with grooves in it basically. You can easily put it on the floor and roll your foot back and forth over it and it does feel good on your feet and after rolling it back and forth for a couple minutes you can feel that the tendons and muscles in the bottom of your foot have loosened up a bit, which makes them feel relaxed. As you can see in the photo, there are two black bands around the outsides. I have no idea what the purpose of those are and they are not adhered to roller at all so they can easily be removed or may roll off on their own. I don't believe they have any purpose so it shouldn't be an issue but should be noted. All in all, this is nice little self-foot massage tool. I keep it at work and can just roll my feet on it under my desk at work without worrying out it rolling away. Works out the kinks in your feet for a good price...

Yeah the rings fall off but are easy to put back on. I use it on black rubber tiles so it doesn't slide around no matter what overall it's a great part of my routine for building arches in my feet.

It works well for foot massage and circulation, however one of it's rubber tips keeps coming off. Easy to place back on, but a nuisance.

Foot roller is great! Sturdy build quality and perfect size. I have recommended it to many people for several foot related ailments. I have been using this foot roller along with a lot of stretching before bed and throughout the day. Stretching should include the whole leg and foot (hamstring, quads, inner/outer calf muscles). I use stairs for outer calf and anything that sits at a 45 degree angle for stretching the inner calf. Stretching at least 2-4 times an hour is perfect! I am of the belief that the foot roller breaks down scar tissue and allows for a better stretch. I have read this allows for proper healing overnight. In order for the proper healing to occur you must wear some type of brace to keep your foot at a 90 degree angle. This keeps the fascia from tightening/shortening as your foot relaxes. As soon as you wake up and place your foot on the ground it tears all over again. Something like this one, "Bird & Cronin PLANTAR FASCITIS Night SPLINT". If you're a stomach sleeper its very uncomfortable. The solution? Move down in your bed and hang that foot off the end of the bed. If you're a back sleep it shouldn't be bad at all. If you sleep hot this will be difficult as well. The solution? Wear a thin temperature regulating sock, turn the fan on and uncover that foot. Do not tighten brace too much or parts of your foot will probably fall asleep do to lack of circulation. This prevents healing. I didn't choose orthotics because I don't want to be forced to wear them the rest of my life. I have been trying to strenthen my arch not weaken it. This allows for a more permanent solution. There are many other solutions for plantar fascia. Everyone is different, but I believe no one thing helped me, but a combination of things. Keep reading online and don't take one one source as gospel. DO YOUR RESEARCH!

Honestly I’m very impressed at how well it works for massaging your feet and arches. I like that it’s one piece so it will be very hard to break. The grooves feel amazing and the curves work really well to work the areas you need. A practical massage tool that could last you a lifetime. Don’t waste your time and money on complicated gadgets or something that requires power.

I bought this while experiencing plantar fasciitis. It did not resolve the problem but was a great help for relieving pain. I still use it often even if my plantar fasciitis is over. Solid construction. The little rubbers can go off but easy to put them back on.

If a foot roller is going to help you, this is a great option in wood if you don't like plastic or rubber. The only flaw in this product is that the o-rings are a bit prone to slipping off the ends, but can be easily rolled back into place if you're keeping an eye out for it happening.

I have been using this foot roller for almost 5 months now and I love it. Every time my feet hurt after work, I use this on my feet and it soothes the pain away for a while, and if the pain comes back later, I use it again and its gone for a while again. I didn't give it 5 stars only because the rubber rolling ends fall off way to easily, they've stretched out of shape and started coming off even more often, and I've now lost both of them as they rolled off when using the product, and they vanished. Without the rubber parts its impossible to use this product on a hardwood floor which unfortunately is what my entire apartment is made of, so I had to buy a mat to put in my room and it works fine on there. If you only plan to use it on a carpeted floor, I recommend just removing the rubber parts, it will be far less troublesome.
