Americolors are my favorite gel food coloring when cake decorating.A few drops goes a long way. Makes rich dark colors

Not gold!
A tan-yellow color? I was really disappointed in the color. I tried using a very little bit of color and then again with more. I ended covering it up with snading sugars! Not a great deal.

Nice matte gold - perfect for "beverage" color ha
This gold I originally bought for athletic team spirit colors. It wasn't quite the gold I had envision as it has no sheen to it and looks like a mustard yellow than gold. It worked but what I also discovered was it was perfect for making the right color for "beer" cookies!! ha. It ended up being one of my favorite colors for beers and fall decor. I will buy again!

Great, true colors
I recently made a rainbow cake for my granddaughter...6 layers, each a color of the rainbow. The colors did not bake out, but stayed true to their colors. We received many "ohs and ah's" about the vibrant colors in her cake. I made sure the cake batter was the color I wanted - I added multiple drops on some of the flavors - and there was no taste of the coloring in her cake. Very impressed with these. I've told several people about this brand.

Perfect Pooh Bear Color!
I needed the pooh bear gold for my grandson's first birthday cake. I use wilton products but could not find the pooh gold anywhere. I read some reviews that said this was a very good match. Just to be safe I got some brown in case I need to custom mix. No need !! It was the perfect pooh bear gold !! It also mixed nice and smooth unlike some of my wilton products. Will definitely use Americolor again !!

Accurate Gold color- not yellow
I was quite impressed with the actual gold color this tinted my gum paste! It didn’t take much to do the job either. It really makes using gold luster dust as either a paint or even dry dusting way easier and using less luster dust!
