Delicious!! But package opened on three sides and cookies broken in every pack I’ve opened(6).

They are tasty but the box was torn and cookies were broken. You should put it in the cardboard box not in a flat paper bag.

Review in two parts. 1. Product. Walker's shortbread cookies (biscuits) are the finest I have tasted. They are more spendy, but if you want a high quality product (and these are) then you must spend a little more. Finest ingredients, and highest production quality are quite evident. If you are going to eat a cookie, it should be the best. 2. Shipping. This part is in no way reflective of Walker's. The seller/shipper chose, unwisely, to place the lightweight carton containing the packages of cookies in a soft bubble envelope. Not a sturdy box with packing. Then the product was shipped through UPS, poster children for crushing shipments, which inevitably resulted in the product arriving crushed (the box was actually folded in half). For what they charge for the product, I would expect some care in shipping it. A cardboard box with some air pillows would not be out of line. Too many items through Amazon are being shipped in soft side pouches, to save cost. But the result, often enough, is damaged or destroyed products. Amazon, I am talking to you. Stop shipping DVDs in pouches so they get crushed, and go back to the fold over cardboard you used years ago. They work! Summary, I put in for a replacement. I will update on the results of that. Update: Received replacement package. Again, shipped in envelope instead of box, and again, most of the cookies are crushed. This is too bad as it is a great product, but shipping is terrible. While I can highly recommend the product, I strongly suggest you not waste your money ordering from Amazon as it will inevitably arrive crushed. Seek other options, as I shall.

These individual cookie packs will be used in treat bags for a Christmas Advent Calendar. The bags are attractive and they came well packed to avoid any damage. Excellent price.

The cookies, like all Walker’s Shortbread cookies, are delicious, but every package I’ve opened has had pulverized cookies. Not just broken, but reduced to crumbs. Perhaps better packaging would have made a difference. I won’t reorder these.

I love these biscuits they melt like butter in my mouth. The right consistency and I have been buying them for years just didn't know amazon sold them.

These came very quickly and are so delicious. I like to have them in my handbag so if I need some sugar whilst out, it’s the perfect size. I have bought quite a few boxes now and I am never disappointed.
