Obviously for adults but what age would you recommend in youth?

Good for youth very realistic I have an 11 year old who now knows how a real airplane flys and has been inspired to learn how to fly. Highly recomend

I have Yosemite, does anyone know if the yolk and throttles will work or only the joy stick?

It's a strange program. I don't have a yoke and throttle, only a Joystick. That has a throttle on it. I have to go into the set up a lot to get it to work correctly. I think peddles would be a good add on if they work. The Cessna wants to go off the left side of the runway when you throttle up for take off. I suspect that is due to engine torque. I know when I fly a real Cessna, I have to use the rudder peddles which moves the rudder, to compensate for engine torque. Flying the heavy iron in the xplane program does't seem to have that problem. I wish there were some good directions on controls for each plane. How to program auto pilots,GPS, etc.

Yes I use it on the Mac Book Pro, with El Capitan. Works very well. I did purchase a joy stick.
