Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations (with Tobi Collectible Card)

Great game, best in series. I love this game and playing it makes me exciting for 3. Pros - Substitution dependable when there, substitution runs out until it refills - More characters (Young Kakashi is awesome). The young version of the characters aren't redundant and have differences and some need to be played differently from their counterparts. - Some older character have been balanced - Kisame finally awesome (hated playing him in the last game) - Great sound and presentation (A class, no S class) - Love the story mode, does a great job of caring across the emotions (some better than other like Naruto for one). I know some people do not like the boss battle removal, but I am sure it will be back in the next one along with the rpg mode. - Concentrated more on the battles, with Survival and Tournament mode. (Tournament mode is fun single player but it great with multiple people) - Love tilt attacks. I know they are there in the previous one but the first game characters that I am accustomed to are now more diverse. - Still finding out small differences in characters down to Shuriken speed and what differences in awakening, so still not bored. - Still not tired of cut scenes. - They added more customization, like ability to customize Ninja tool set and I at last know what some of the tool mean. Cons - Some lag in multiplayer, though I'm not sure if my connection is the cause

I been a Naruto fan since 2008 when I been playing almost every Naruto game made. Like any other Anime to Video game the video game ties with the anime. When I heard of Naruto Ultimate Ninja: Storm was exclusive for the PS3 I knew it was a game to buy. Naruto Ultimate Ninja: Storm is the first part of the anime from Naruto being a kid. Months later Naruto Ultimate Ninja: Storm 2 was announce I knew I had to buy it too. With added characters to use and new gameplay it was a most. Now Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Storm Generations is out and the game as gone far to adding 70+ characters to use. This game touches from the start to about when Tobi"Madara" declarers war to the 5 Kages or also known as the Kage Summit. The game introduces the new "beast mode" or also known "Awakening Mode" in which all characters when they are in their last health bar could turn into beast with strong attacks. For example Naruto could change into his tailed beast chakra mode or Sasuke turns into Susanoo. Story Mode covers Part 1 and 2 of the Naruto Series. The story in which is an emotional roller coaster between Naruto and Sasuke and the Naruto characters. the Story mode there is around 9 different stories. All of the 9 characters are there point of view of the story. really nothing new if u been watching the Naruto Anime but gives some new views and some never before seen clips of the anime. For example The Story of the Masked Man shows Madara Fight against the 1st Hokage. The Story mode starts with a clip and then goes into pictures and talking. I found this part little disappointing because there is really no animation on pics. also found that you kind really find the order of the story since you could mostly just choose a story. The Gameplay plays like any other Naruto game in which u use the Triangle to use chakra or hold to gain Chakra. The Square throws kunais, The X button to jump and the Circle Button to attack. The blocking system is different compare to the other games. This time you have Certain amount of Substitutions wood before you have to get more. This changes the Fighting in choosing when to use this. The Fighting could get little repeatable in the attacks but makes this game easy to learn with not many buttons to learn. This game has a lot of unlockables from characters, to support, power ups, character info, and Titles for online play. The online play is also a plus which gives the player a challenge to play real players. For people who wants to get all the trophies for this game will have a fun time doing it by playing this game for awhile. So much gameplay. The Game also has Tournaments and Endless Battles. In tournament mode you could do the Exams in which you choose one character and it put the player into a tournament against other chracters or you could just go with what ever you want. In Endless battles you will fight until one of CPU beats you. You fight after fight with no stop. You could also play this modes online.

This newest installment of Naruto is one of the best they have ever created. With a large assortment of characters to choose from (still wish they had Kushina as a character)and an equal number of ultimate jutsu to view, the game exceeds the previous Naruto games. The new battle system revolving around substitution bring intense battles. The only thing I miss though is clashing and wall battle that was in Naruto Storm 1. But other than that, the game has made a significant jump from Storm 2.

Fun game but small combo and move list but fun, a lot of the characters are on there twice but still a good ranged choice of character

I bought this game for my son to have while vacationing with his father who also has a ps3. It worked in his father's system over the summer but when he brought it home it would not work in ours. The screen turns blue and nothing happens. Tried: waiting, turning off the system, and cleaning the disk but nothing worked. Now it's too late to return or exchange. Not happy.

I bought the game mostly for the story line, but all I really bought was a slide show and an online Multiplayer with terrible servers.

To be honest there are major flaws in this game. Let me start out by saying there's no storyline whatsoever and it's really short, maybe 2 hours. You play with subtitles and anime footage (some new) the whole game. You'd think with there being over 70 playable characters and 15 support characters it would make up for the lost. Well, that's all irrelevant once you entered a rank match online because the skill levels of characters vary GREATLY! People only pick Sasuke (kid), Sasuke (teen), Naruto (kid), Naruto (teen), and Neji (kid). This is because they're either the fastest and/or the most powerful in the game. For example, if you verse Neji in a match and pick anyone other than who I mentioned before it's like a 95% you'll lose because of speed difference. Same with kid Sasuke. Don't get me started on teen Naruto and Sasuke because you know they're over powered already. For the people who don't have online there's no point in playing this, too bad they'll never see this review. This game is FLAWED!

The perfect combination of vendor and product I've played all the games that have come out of Naruto and this in my opinion is the best. The amount of movement, characters and the various forms of gambling, this makes you hours and hours playing it. As the seller is excellent and I highly recommend them. I present a problem with the delivery and know how to respond in the best way so I would not be suffering.
