Un mero diario para apuntar las salidas a correr, esperaba otra cosa para el precio que es. Mejor leerse el libro original y apuntarse las salidas a correr en un diario en papel o en el móvil.

The book itself was good in the content
The book itself was good in the content, but the spiral-bound feels very flimsy. They'd be wiser to print with a hard-cover, I feel. The cover itself was bent in numerous places as if it was pre-owned. The actually quality felt inferior. But the contents are useful. Depends what you are looking for. A little more guidance on the ChiWalking/Running Focuses at the end of the journal would be great.

Very helpful
I use this journal everyday since I have taken up walking. You can leave yourself little notes about the weather, etc. Very useful.
