Nutrition Done Right, Pricing Done Wrong
This is one of the better cereal options out there if you actually care about nutrition. The Cinnamon Toast flavor tastes genuinely good, it’s very filling, and it keeps my energy levels steady throughout the day instead of spiking and crashing like regular cereal. The protein and fiber content make it feel more like a functional meal than empty carbs, which is something most cereals completely fail at. That said, the cost to quantity ratio is hard to ignore, and honestly not okay. The amount you get for the price is extremely small. To realistically feed more than one person, or even make it a consistent household option, you’d need around four boxes at $6.99+ each. That’s a steep price for something being marketed as an everyday cereal. Regular cereal has almost no real nutritional value, so Catalina Crunch deserves credit for doing better, but trying to glorify protein and fiber while charging premium prices for such a low amount misses the mark. It’s a solid product with good ingredients and taste, but the pricing seriously limits how practical it is for most people. Bottom line, nutritionally solid and satisfying, but far too expensive for the quantity provided!

Excellent healthy alternative to the unhealthy sugary substitute.
For people wanting to cut back on carbs/sugar, while eating clean, this product fills that desire for craving something familiar. It tasted enough like Cinnamon Toast Crunch that you can tell that is what it was designed towards, however, it is obviously not as sweet a sugary. I tried this with both unsweetened coconut milk and unsweetened almond milk, but did not like the taste. However, with vitamin D it tastes amazing. Surprisingly, I think it tastes best as a dry snack. I keep a bag in my car so that if I’m running late for work in the mornings, I can eat a couple handfuls and it hits the spot. I would recommend this, just don’t expect it to taste exactly like its super high sugar counterpart.

Best Tasting, (Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Sort of) Macros and Net Carbs
Probably my favorite of all their flavors that I’ve tried. Not quite cinnamon toast crunch, but close enough. Tastes even better with a coconut milk Horchata protein drink as the milk. This protein cereal I believe has the best macros and lowest net carbs with the amount of fiber considered. The only negative is they need to sell it in bigger sizes. If you use one cup of cereal, you go through the bag very quickly.

better than it used to be!
I used to dislike Catalina Crunch because it had a weird aftertaste and left a film in my mouth. Everyone experiences food differently, but since the formula change, I don't experience either of those issues anymore. It is solid and has a good crunch to it, but there is a bit of give before you get there, so it isn't like most corn based cereals. Speaking of cereal, I have found these are impervious to milk or milk substitutes, so I eat them as a dry snack instead. It is quite expensive for what it is, but it is overall a satisfying sweet snack that doesn't have too many net carbs.

Cinnamon toast crunch doesn't have the Cinnamon flavor I was looking for.
Meh. It has a nice crunch... but not much of a cinnamon flavor. Disappointed in the flavor. I liked Magic spoon birthday cake flavor much more. It has a decent protein and low carb profile. But the flavor just didn't wow me. I won't buy it again. But that's just me. I'm sure others might like it. I was looking for a more intense cinnamon flavor. The size and crunch of the snack is nice. So it's a good snack if you like the flavor.

Perfect Healthy Dupe
I love cinnamon toat crunch, my favorite cereal. But as you can imagine, it has a lot of sugar and overall is not healthy for you. This cereal is the closest to that, no sugar, it has fiver and it's delicious. The difference I would say is that each square is a little thicker than the regular cereal. But I don't mind, still crunchy and still delicious.

Tastes as expected, harder than expected
Smells like cinnamon toast crunch. Tastes like it at first. The taste fades fast and leaves a bland taste. The part that sucks for me as I was pregnant and my mouth was very soft is...they cut your gums! Like captain crunch would. Not a big deal if you dont have soft gums from being pregnant. Was filling and worth the money for a craving. Milk after tastes AMAZING.

Good crushed in yogurt
It's a good way to get protein. The cereal itself doesn't taste that good but I crushed it up and add to yogurt for additional protein and crunch

The taste is awful and it is very sweet... i took it for health benefits but it seems it does otherwise. Unfortunately return is not permissable for this product.

Really good but a little pricey for the amount you get.

This cereal is overly sweet with the bad taste that Stevia gives after eating anything with it in. If they had used another sweetener like sucralose or erithratol they might have been paletable... will not buy again, if you hate the after taste of Stevia then don't buy as this is highly loaded with it... as I say overly sweet with a bitter aftertaste.
