Core exerciser
I think I will like this but have to get used to how to use it. It is made well!!

A good idea, but needs to be adjustable!
This resistance band is a great idea, but needs to be available with variable resistance. Some exercises are much easier to do with this than the typical stretchy resistance band, and (hopefully) no worry of the band snapping. I'm a woman of average strength but can't do some of the exercises because the bands are too short and don't stretch enough. Some of the exercises shown in the instructions are simply not possible unless you're the Hulk! This shouldn't be a one-size-fits all gadget.

Great for archery practice
I use this to keep my shoulder strong when I don't have time to shoot my bow. It works great for that and doesn't take up much room in my little trailer.

Frustrated
I have used this 3 times and it already broke…seemed to be a good resistance band when I got to use, but it didn’t hold up! I have had two from a different brand and they lasted years. Frustrated and I hope to find a better band similar to this.

Effective.
Effective workout Coreplus reformer. It is an adjustment to get feet into the handles. But, will get better at it with time used. I did not receive the DVD that was advertised to be in package. So, had to look up on YouTube to use.

It's more effective than using just ordinary resistance bands or tubes
It's not a gimmick it's useful and good quality. I am currently using it for physiotherapy purposes but I think I'll be using it afterwards when physio is over. Check out the GAIAM AUSTRALIA CORE REFORMER PLUS video on YOU TUBE it's very good. In general they're are other good GAIAM AUSTRALIA video's on YOU TUBE.
