CRL ther Ultra/Bond and Extra/Build Mirror Mastics are high quality adhesives formulated to provide a strong, permanent bond between electro-copper-plated glass mirror and various substrates. Both have been field tested for compatibility with silver, copper, and mirror backing. Both have an easy working consistency year round, and will adhere to a wide variety of substrates including Drywall, Wood, Metal, Glass, Marble, and Tile but should be tested for Bleeding. ther Extra/Build viscosity provides for a build out of 2-1/2" (64 mm) without sag for custom mirrored walls or vanities, where construction is such that there are gaps of over 3/4" (19 mm) between the mirror and the substrate. Notes: The following chart indicates the rate of curing for ther extra/build. Approximate Percent of Maximum Strength: @ 24 hours - 25% @ 3 days - 50% @ 7 days - 75% @ 30 days - 100% ■ Curing time will depend on temperature and the a of air to reach ther extra/build. A 4-inch spot will cure faster than a 6-inch spot. ■ ing Time - Mirrors can be ed up to 20 minutes after application of ther extra/build. ■ Adjusting Time - ther extra/build can be adjusted for a period of 24 hours after installation, to ensure proper mirror alignment. Important Notes: *For best application results, apply ther extra/build in 4" diameter patties for every square foot. Not for exterior applications.
