I absolutely love this!! I have so much more energy and ability to focus which is always a struggle when you have ADHD!! I don’t subscribe to get products monthly, etc. but this works so well that I will be subscribing, without a doubt!!

I had tried L Tyrosine to boost my energy and address my dopamine level. I was just blah, but using this I noticed a difference after 2 weeks. I discovered that it is much cheaper on Amazon that at the Nutrition store. This is a great buy!!

Just received this supplement which is one of the brands I often buy. It does state three capsules daily preferably with meals. I'm not sure if you take three at once or one three times a day🤷🏽‍♀️

Como medico siempre he sido esceptica sobre este tipo de productos como la L-tirosina, sin embargo este producto en mi caso con 2 capsulas a esta presentacion en conjunto con el Alpha GPC de 700mg 2 capsulas, me ha ayudado en la concentracion y memoria, asi como en la mejoria del estado de animo y la ansiedad, en mi caso el efecto ha sido paulatino con el paso de los dias y en mi caso no he twnido efectos adversos.
