Alki'i Copacabana Long Sleeve Embroidered Beach Tunic/Cover Up

This is a beautiful cover up. I am 5'1" tall and a size 12 curvy girl so it's difficult for me to find cover ups that don't make me look like a giant marshmallow. This one is very flattering. However, after reading a lot of the reviews I ordered a size XL so that it wouldn't look tight on me. It's huge. Since I'm leaving on a trip soon I'm going to keep it and use it but I wish I hadn't ordered such a large size - it really does fit true to size so if you're a size Large, I would recommend getting a Large (which is what I should've done). It is the most flattering cover up I have ever owned though. It's just gorgeous - light, the details are pretty, and it's well made.

I wear these on the beach while swimming to cut down on sun burns. I like that I can wear these from the beach to lunch/dinner. I ordered a M and on a 5'7" frame this came down to my mid-thigh as shown on picture, so the sizing is generous and there are slits on the sleeves and sides for extra comfort. I will be getting another color as well. Embroidery is not super sturdy, but not delicate either. Hand wash or delicate wash and drip dry.

I just got this in and the cover up exceeded my expectations!!! I purchased the turquoise one, but it actually turned out to be a much deeper blue than pictured, more like an ocean blue color. It's extremely comfortable and lightweight! PERFECT for the beach, or any occasion where you want to throw on a beautiful, fashionable, cover up! The detailing is so pretty and I was worried that the "M" would be too small on me, being that my chest size is a 36C but it fit great! I am 5'3, and weigh 120 pounds so I was also a bit worried that maybe it would be too baggy on me, but it's perfect! The length is maybe a couple inches longer on me than the model in the picture, but it's no biggie! Just enough room to move around in and be comfortable in! I can't wait to wear this to the beach!! I definitely plan on buying another one in a different color!

This product is well made and super cute. The reason I didn't give it a higher rating was because while the model shows the embellishment on their lower abs, on me the embellishment sits right on my crotch, which was a little awkward. I don't have a short torso so I believe it would happen to most. Also, it's sized a bit large so keep that on mind when ordering.

This is a lovely, and yes somewhat delicate bathing suit cover up, but just what I was looking for for an upcoming cruise (it is 100% rayon and does say to hand-wash). Many of the cover-ups seemed a bit on the sleazy/cheap side, and this one not only looks great but fits well too. Based on some of the reviews I chose a medium (i'm 5'6", 140 lbs - weighed myself this morning in fact), and the medium fits perfectly and is easy to slip on/off. The black and white color is also a classic.

I'm not sure what some of the other reviews were reviewing. Despite the claims this runs small, I ordered my actual size (not bigger) and it fits just fine! If anything, I would say it is slightly big but as a cover-up, it should be a little flowy (otherwise, how do you get it on/off after you're wet from swimming?). The sleeves might be a little short but looking at the model in the picture, this appears to be the style of the cover-up. The material and beading and stitching is beautiful and I don't think it's too delicate to wear.

I ordered this cover-up in black. It is very pretty and I get compliments whenever I wear it. It appears to be well-made, but it also looks like the fabric will pick easily. I am between a medium and large size. Most often I wear a medium, but based on other reviews I ordered the large. The large is just a bit smaller than I wish it was. I decided to keep it anyway and found that, since it doesn't stretch, it is difficult to get off, especially when I am damp from the pool. I think an extra large would have been better, and I have never worn an extra large in any other garment. It is pretty but make sure you order a size up.

Just as I expected. Cute as a cover up, or also with leggings. I had to let it air out for a bit, to get rid of the straight-from-the-factory smell, but then it was great. I've received lots of compliments on it. I'm 5'6", 128 lbs, and it fit great but also fit a friend traveling with me who is quite a bit larger. I think it would look nice on a variety of shapes, as long as your rear end isn't too tight in it to "pull" it.
