Classy and Easy Set Up
I purchased 2 of these tents for a party I was having. I was very happy with the purchase. I really liked the black. It gave a classy feel to the outdoor party. They were easy to set up. We had 4 people to each grab a leg to pull and help so that might be why it was so easy. I was worried about getting them delivered on time but they were shipped out right away and I received them in plenty of time for the party. I was glad that it came with a case to put it in but the case was disappointing. The carrying case came torn on a corner and doesn't look like it will last. This is a bummer because the tent needs to be put in a case to keep it clean and damage free. Regardless of the case, which hopefully they will improve, I am happy with this purchase :o)

Love it!
We have a deck that's in the full sun 12+ hours every day. I purchased the (red) canopy tent so we'd have some relief from the constant heat of the sun. I put it up myself-the directions were very easy to follow & used rubber bungee cords to anchor it to our deck railing and it's been the best thing I've purchased all year. We now have a cozy, shady area to sit anytime of the day. I enjoy sitting on the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee as well as other times during the day in the sun or even the rain. It withstood a surprise thunderstorm we had last night and although it was blown over, the canopy wasn't ripped and nothing was damaged. I would definitely buy another one. The price is reasonable, the quality is good and I'm enjoying mine every single day.

Overall good canopy with few complaints
This canopy definitely has a great look to it and good choice on colors but I do have a few complaints. I bought this canopy to keep me out of the rain while I worked on my vehicle. I had it up for a total of 2 weeks and I must say it kept me very dry. Upon arrival the package was very damaged but no actual damage was done to the canopy itself. Easy installation, but for the price I feel it should have came with ground stakes. Once the canopy was up I noticed about 5 different pin like holes throughout the roof. Also the quality of the seams were poorly done because they also had dozens of pin like holes along them. Last complaint is the metal used for this canopy is very lightweight and cheap, bent on me...Overall I am still happy with my purchase and it did do its job by keeping me dry. Looks fantastic!

Cheap and inferior product
I bought two of these to replace a similar but not same product that I bought at Walmart three years ago, and am not pleased with the quality. The Walmart product was $99 as opposed to $89 each I paid on these products, had a better carry bag with wheels, better frame, and better nylon fabric that lasted for three years in the sun/rain/wind 365 days a year. I am keeping these for now because I do not want to deal with the hassle of returning such large items, and will see how long they last in the backyard.I use two in the backyard patio to help lower the indoor temperature on the west side. One came with a broken height notch, so I improvised a notch by inserting a small piece of metal and holding with a duct tape. A very ugly solution, but I can live with it. Also, on the first canopy I was too lazy to look at the assembly manual, and made a mistake which resulted in a torn corner on the nylon fabric. I was supposed to place the canopy on the frame before extending the frame to ifs final position, but instead I tried to stretch the fabric over the extended frame. It was a costly mistake because the fabric was much flimsier than the Walmart canopy. It was also the first time that I dealt with this assembly method. After two weeks in the summer sunshine, the dark green fabric has started to already fade, and interestingly it is fading differently from panel to panel. I wonder if they were from different batches of fabric. At this point, I am not planning on returning them or making a formal complaint, but I am not hopeful that these will hold up as long as the Walmart canopy did. I guess the lesson learned is to not skimp on ten dollars.February 2017 update:As of last month, the canopy has totally ripped and is now completely destroyed. After a few rainy and windy days this winter, it turned into rags that hang in haunted mansions. The originally green color has become gray in the sun, and the canopy fabric started to tear away from the velcro strips that attach it to the frame. When I tried to fold up the frame to discard after removing the bits of canopy fabric, some of the height-adjusting notches fell off. This canopy deserves zero stars. It barely lasted seven months whereas the Walmart canopy I mentioned in the earlier review lasted maybe 2 and a half years.

Trademark Innovations provides superior support and service.
I had trouble setting this up but they went above and beyond to give me the help I needed. Easy setup may be true for a big man or two people but for five-foot me alone it was not that simple. A couple of tips if you are on your own...stake one leg down one way or another (I had big ground staples) so the thing doesn't just drag around after you instead of extending as you pull the legs apart. I totally missed that there were three catch-slip holes on the lower part of each leg which were crucial to getting it all the way up, so look for those. The directions omit any mention of them. It's not exactly rainproof, a few pinholes in the top, but it still can save you from a drenching.
