Flattens hard scars.
I like that you can cut the scar sheets to the size you prefer. They stay on very well even through a shower. I have a small scar on the lower leg from a cut over a month ago. I have use the sheets for only 5 days and the hardness underneath the scar has diminished quite a bit. The redness and size have yet to go down, but it has not been very long. I hope to see improvement as I continue to use these scar sheets.

Gradually Increase Time Worn Over New Wounds
Instructions on product box suggest that use be deferred until stitches are removed from new scars and wound has healed to the point that there is no oozing or crusting present (at least 7-days post-surgery healing time recommended). Suggested time worn schedule begins at 4 hours on Day 1, gradually increasing to reach 24 hours at 10 days. Instructions state that wear can commence immediately on old scars, and there are no related wear time suggestions in that situation. I also learned that product has a suggested 3-year maximum shelf-life from date of manufacture.I got this shorter length packaging to help heal and reduce scarring from recently completed surgery on my back.
