Fresh air is good for you; create a gentle, refreshing breeze while you use your computer with this USB-Powered Fan. The cable is sturdy and flexible, and will hold the shape you bend it into. The blades are soft and won't hurt if you accidentally brush against them.

All I want is one of these stupid USB fans that is quiet
Incredibly loud, louder than any fan in my desktop itself, and for how loud it is, it makes next to no airflow. The blades of the fan are basically grocery bag material and come bent. All I want is one of these stupid USB fans that is quiet, makes no vibrations and blows a very small amount of air. They all seem to be incredibly fast, when in reality none of these tiny things will push any reasonable amount of air, no matter how fast it goes, so why not try and make it quiet? A 120mm desktop fan is quieter than this and blows x4 as much air, while probably taking up less power too.

Effective, good quality, works great
I am a nurse and used this attached to the computers at work. It is a great product. Only issue is an idiot coworker decided to get to close and got their hair tangled in it and it burned up thr fan. So be careful and don't get too close.... lol. Works really well, very effective product.

Loud, limp, not durable
For occasional heat relief, fine. It was all right in the amount of air it expends. Otherwise, it was hard to aim b/c the metal gooseneck is a bit limpish and the USB didn't stick tightly in port. It buzzes; the fan is a cellophane like figure 8. And after two or three months of 1-hour use about 3 days a week, it just kinda sputtered on and off over a half-hour until the cap flew off and the thing fell apart like humpty dumpty. (it does not provide enough power to have made the cap a dangerous projectile). Am going to spend $15-20 on the 6" metal USB fan my co-worker has that is traditional-looking mini wire fan, sits on desk and has on/off switch. It's really quiet and delivers a decent light breeze.

Very packable, and sturdy body.
I packed this fan with me and used it in conjunction with a 32k mAh backup battery. It traveled very well in a toiletry bag while in my packs on flights from NC to California and back. I used it every day and night for a month and a half. never using more than a quarter of the 32k mAh in a day's use of approx 15hrs of run time per day. It has adjustable blades for more or less air, and a sturdy body/adjustable neck that stays in almost any configuration. As you can see from my pictures, it has taken a beating. I'm a very big fan sleeper and this definitely did the job during the night and kept.me cool during the 100 degree days

Don't do it, it does nothing a fan should do, it just eats a USB port.
Awful. It's like a wet noodle attacked to a pulley, flinging its uselessness around with effectiveness congruent with wheelchairs on ice. Do not waste your money on this product. It's also loud, and the fans fold like a flower petal so deformities are common and guess what--it doesn't cool ANYTHING.Waste.Of.Money.

Broke after 60 min
Hated it. Unfortunately I didnt use it till after my return time. It worked for about an hour and then shorted out because it got too hot. I try was great, while it worked. Not too loud, moved a fair amount of air too, felt great. Woulda been nice if it worked for longer than an hour though. Middle of a desert is miserable with no moving air.

good news, bad news
It arrived a week sooner after it was shipped from Hong Kong. Upon opening the package, I found what appears to be a solidly built little gadget. The fan has an on/off switch that I was not expecting to see. The disappointment came after I plugged it and turn it on... it hardly moves any air and the motor is powerful, too powerful, that its shakes the tiny Thinkpad laptop that it is plugged to. The search goes on.Update on 8/12Several weeks later, after the blades unfolded from being packaged flat, it started to move a little more air. No change on the noise level and vibration. Not quite enough to improve the rating but it is better.

It is hard on USB ports.
I was disappointed because the fins of the fan are very flexible plastic. It does a good job while on and blowing air. My biggest concern is that because it made of metal, it is heavy and USB ports are not made to support that much weight. I use a USB extension cable and plug it into that. Otherwise, I like it.
