I was skeptical....after a week of using, I started sleeping 7 to 9 hrs, instead of my normal 5 or 6. I can't believe they actually work. The only side effect I have found is, the dreams are insane! I repurchased because is cheap and good. Not sure if it helps with sleeping, this is my second bottle but helps to support magnesium in the body. I wanted to try more expensive brands but I see no need.

This is one of the few supplements I take that I can honestly say I notice a difference in my body. I take this sometime after dinner but before bed. It doesn't make me sleepy but it helps chill me out to help me fall asleep. Does it stop my racing thoughts and crippling regrets that run through my head at night? No. Does it make me feel relaxed enough to shorten that time before I drift off to sleep? Yes!! It also helps me stay asleep. I don't wakeup as frequently in the night. I also switch up how much I take because if I take the two pills at night, I'm kind of still super chill the next morning. Sometimes I'm ok with that feeling, and sometimes I'm not. It can be REALLY hard to wake up in the morning if I take two pills the night before. However, one "for Frodo" later and I'm out of bed. I'm honestly surprised how well it works. Usually, I can't exactly tell if a supplement is working, but I totally can with this. I also take Magnesium, L-Threonate in the day. Just know your limits with magnesium because they can give you a laxative effect. This one helps me chill out and the other helps my muscles. After reading reviews I looked into the different types of magnesium. I recommend it!
