The Cuda Fillet Knife has a Titanium Bonded, German 4116 stainless steel Full-Tang blade with a Cuda Scale Pattern grip handle. A fine-grained, stainless steel often used for medical devices and food processing, the steels Carbon and Chromium content give it a great degree of corrosion resistance, as well as strength and edge retention. The 4116 Stainless Steel is the perfect marine-grade cutting steel given its perfect combination of carbon and chromium content. A full-tang is where the blade is extended throughout the handle portion of the cutting implement. Full-tang is incredibly important due to the fact that it provides strength to the cutting blade and also supports a stronger and more ridged handle.
