I'm a huge fan of this mug! It's so cool to just put it in the freezer and take it out whenever I want. First off it is NOT Dishwasher Safe! But idk why you'd need it to be, anytime i finish drinking something from it i just rinse it out and let it dry. I put it back in the freezer and it's ready again in no time. Now you may be asking how cold this will make your drinks. Well I use this mug for Soda mostly and about 2min after I pour the soda into this mug it turns to slush! It's incredible! And nothing tastes better imo than a Slushy Orange Soda ;] I've had it out for about 5 hours once and refilled it only twice (don't drink too fast or you'll get a brain freeze). By the end of the 5 hours the last sip i had was still ice cold. This mug does it's job and then some!

This is my second mug. It works very well. Just don't put it in the freezer with beverage in it, obviously. I only gave it a four for durability, because the handle did come off but did not have a chance to try to glue it back on. Otherwise, it keeps things cold.

This is a really nice mug! Purchased this for my husbands birthday and he loves it! My husband says that the mug holds about the amount of a can size beer, and that it kept his beer cold for a couple hours (on average about 2 hours), He says, that you can not feel the coldness on the outside of the mug but in the inside the beer stayed cold for a while. The product does say not to wash in a dishwasher which is understandable for not damaging the outside of the mug, so when I washed it I was able to realy feel how durable the mug was. Really nice thick mug for you beer drinkers!!!! Enjoy!

The mug freezes as it should and works well to keep items cold. The only reason I gave it 4 Stars is because I had to return the first one. It had a snapped off handle in sitting in the box. This is probably due to poor packing but does make me question how easy the handle could snap off from regular wear and tear. The handle was a clean break from the cup its self. My husband is pleased with his gift so the review will retain 4 Stars.

I ordered this sweet beer cooling cup because, being a Coors Light drinking professional, I needed a cup that would keep my sweet nectar as cold as the Rockies in the comfort of my own home. I've got a wide selection of Coozies, but they don't solve the problem of making a beer colder. And it really does work! I chuck it in the freezer for about 45 minutes before pouring in a beer. You can get about 4 beers of what I like to call "Exxtra Coldies" before "recharging" it in the freezer. The cup fits a 12oz beer and a nice head perfectly. The cup is heavy, making spilling it or knocking it over during a touchdown dance pretty low risk. I pretty much love my new Crystal Freezer Mug. Yeah, great purchase for Bengals fans. And cold beer fans. FROWN UPDATE!:December 2, 2012. The mug somehow cracked in the freezer last night for whatever reason. Never dishwashed or abused. Looked up other Duck House freezer mugs on amazon and that seems to be pretty common. I ordered another one anyway because I like cold beverages.

This cup is awesome!!! Place it in the freezer for about 30 minutes and boom! The cup is nice and frosted over, the crystals inside the mug freeze up and maintain they're temperature for about another hour. It Works well with any drink that you prefer cold! Condensation isn't much of an issue, the same amount if you had a regular cup with ice! And for the price, you can't beat it! Go ahead try it out and support your team with a frosty beverage, just don't put it in the dishwasher, you'll lose the crystals in the cup with the heat!!!

This mug is very durable. I have not put it in the dishwasher, but it probably could withstand it. The print has not faded at all. The cup does amazing at keeping drinks cold. I did not expect it to do much for a warm beer, but it chilled the beer extremely fast. My husband loves it!

Bought this freezer mug for my son for Christmas. We're in Australia and he is mad for NY and Jets so i just had to get it for him. He was ecstatic to receive and uses it religiously every night even if just for water! Arrived just in time for Christmas, in perfect condition, well packed, no problems. Very much appreciated the hassle free order and quick shipment. The only downer is that by the time it arrived in our hands it had doubled its price due to shipping, handling, currency, taxes, and anything else that was thrown at us - turned out to be a very expensive plastic mug but to see his 28yo face break into the biggest grin ..... priceless *insert heart emoji*
