This worked exactly as expected
It's a low power heat/cooling unit designed for a small space. I ordered just the cooler, I had the pump, power supply, etc already. The wires going to the peltiers are red and black, and if you wire 12v to red and gnd to black it'll heat the air and cool the water. Reverse these so the 12v is on black and it'll cool the air and heat the water.

Not as advetised
Peltier devices are mounted for heating the water jacket not cooling it as advertised. If you try to use it the other way around, the heat sinks are way too small to dissipate the heat. The fans rub on the heatsinks.

block gets hot
Pay careful attention to what gets hot and cold. The water block gets heated, the heat sinks get cold. This is NOT for chilling water. This will chill air and make hot water.

Not effective (also set up from manufacturer as a water heater, NOT cooler)
Like another reviewer stated. The unit is set up for heating water, not cooling it. It does a moderate job at heating the water. My setup got to about 81.3f from 76.2f intake temp, and the heatsink gets chilly to the touch. You can easily swap the polarity of the modules and change it to "cool" the water. By "cool", I mean have absolutely no change in water temp. The heatsinks do get nice and hot though in that configuration. Which, also the fans are set up improperly. The are set to suck the air from the fins. I flipped the fans around to blow on the fins and they went from 205f to 128f during the "cooling" operation.I suppose more experimenting is in order before it gets 0 stars. Might try to pump the water slower to "cool" more while in the block. But, so far a huge waste of money.

You only get the cooler unit, pictures are classic bait and switch...
OK first off the add is miss leading, it shows pictures for all sorts accessories like the pump, heat exchanger, tubing and power supply that you don't get when you order this item.
