Love the icy roller. I keep it in the freezer and roll it on my face in the morning if it feels puffy. It is a great wake up tool! I also use the gua sha on my face and neck as well as for scraping on my sore spots from exercise. I leave it in the freezer too which makes it a nice cooling tool.

I really like this face roller and gua sha set overall. The roller itself is well-made and works effectively, but I personally found the roller head to be a little too large for my face. Because of that, I ended up using it more on my neck and chest, where it felt amazing. However, I did roll as much as I could on my face and when I couldn’t, I just rested the roller head where I wanted the cool effect on my face (like my eyes or nose). The roller glides smoothly most of the time, though it occasionally slides instead of rolling, but it’s still effective and soothing. I especially appreciate that, unlike using ice, it doesn’t stick to my skin, leak, or cause any risk of cold burn. It provides that cooling sensation without the mess or discomfort. Overall, I’d recommend this set—just be aware that the roller may feel oversized if you have a smaller face.

love this! ive used these in the past and they helped my skin tighten and pores disappear. you use these in the morning preferably because it helps with the bloating. pop in the fridge or freezer and cool to the temperature youre comfortable at. the design makes it easy to hold & its very sturdy. roll it all over your face and see the results. once finish, clean it for your next use.

It is a gel and water mixture that helps the inflammation in the face. Purchased as an additional tool for speech therapy as suggested by the speech therapist to help awaken the nerves in the face due to a TBI. Works great. Easy to clean. Keep in freezer and when needed, roll away. Feels very good on the face whether using as an adjunctive therapy for speech or as a beauty tool.

The roller broke after like a week I guess from being too cold, the gua sha was great

it's great. the quality is amazing, really nice, and it's very affective. the ice roller is really easy to use. you can just take the roller off the body and put it in the freezer over night and use it in the morning. I was really satisfied with this. the gua sha was good, however, it was kinda hard for me to use, cause it kinda drags on the skin. I recommend you put oil on before using it, cause I put face cream, and it still was kinda stiff and my face was red and irritated afterwards. I also really liked the design. overall, it was a great purchase for me, it worked perfectly, the quality is amazing, and i definitely recommend.

In the past I normally use metal or stone roller. This roller doesn’t give me enough relief It is satisfactory but not to help with my rosacea and mature skin

I gave this as a gift and the person only received the ice roller. There was no gua sha in the package.
