Sticky Bumps Stand Up Paddle Leash Coil

Great leash, durable, secure and mostly comfortable. For some reason I have to wear it with the logo upside down or some of the nylon stitching rubs against my ankle. Its just a tiny area that isn't covered with the padding. I flipped it over and I guess it changes the way it pulls against my leg. So I don't even notice it. I'm just mentioning in case someone else has a similar experience.The coil style is perfect for paddle boarding.

Thanks to a smart design this leash fits a lot of ankle sizes. I have really large ankles (too fit to call cankles, but bigger than some people with cankles), and so lots of board leashes fit, but I end up with a section of the "spiky" velcro along my ankle. This leash I don't have that problem, while at the same time, it can fit a kid without difficulty.I use it on my 11' Stand Up Paddleboard, which I take through Class I-IV rapids, and ride down river. It works well, and with the coiling is a great length for a paddleboard.

I am very new to paddle boarding so I wasn't 100% sure what to look for. This product caught my eye as it has great reviews and is reasonably priced. A friend had also suggested that a coil leash is the better way to go to reduce drag.I have an 11ft 6" board, I decided to purchase the 10ft leash. Tried it out last night and it's perfect! The cuff is extremely comfortable, lightweight and looks strong.Highly recommend!

I purchased the first one of these after my dad came to visit a year or so ago, and while attempting to try out my wife's paddle board launched it down the lake causing me to have to swim out after it. At that point I decided this was a necessity. Just ordered a second one for myself as the first one has held up very well.

This cord leash is made with poor craftsmanship. I've used mine for 3 paddle sessions and the "stickyBumps" logo in white letters has already fallen off. It was very bad stiching/sewing, I purchased the 6 ft cord and it now measures nearly 9ft because of the stretching that occurred. The extra 3-4 inches allows the leash to EASILY get tangled around my SUP fin, or my legs. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra $50 to get a top of the line leash.My velcrow is also coming apart, both the stitches and the Velcro are almost to the point that I can't use it any longer. DONT BUY THIS strap!!!!! Go support your local surf shop and have them measure your length to prevent drag. Don't buy this garbage, it WILL not hold up. I'm in salt water but I rinse my board and gear off like its a brand new Range Rover.Hope this saves someone a headache on down the road.

A lot heavier than i expected, but will no doubt do what is expected of it.

This leash is very comfortable and easy to use. It has a wide range of attachment for all sizes of ankles.
