Great Product! Should have bought sooner!
Received my new Dreo air conditioner yesterday and just hooked it up. Man does this thing pump out the cold air. It’s already dropped my 20’x20’ room 8 degrees in 45 minutes. Wasn’t to sure getting the 12,00 btu model, but it’s cooling my top floor room just fine. Feels good. Installing it was a breeze(lol). Took less than half an hour to install. Hooking to my WiFi was easy. I started the app then plugged it in and right away the app saw it and my Alexa informed me about 5 seconds later a new device is on that can control. How cool is that. Controls on app are great. I can control it from anywhere and adjust the numerous settings it has. I can even look at the current temperature of the room. Haven’t used the controller that came with it and probably never will. I like controlling devices through app and Alexa.

Great function
Loved this AC unit. Quiet and kept my son’s 120 year old dorm room comfortable! Easy set up, no issues with leaks, and size was as expected. Please just note the weight, it is substantial ( however, it may not be excessively heavy compared to other similar portable air conditioners ). Would recommend!

Cool and easy
Great cooling ability, the remote is nice, air filter is easy to clean. I have been using it for a few months now in my upstairs master bedroom. The room gets A-LOT of sun which heats the house and also is the 4th floor so the heat is rising as well. I have never had to drain it using the cooling mode (might have to for dehumidify) but I thought that was great because I used to have to drain my old one each day. I also appreciate the window pieces that come with it and the foam seal and the instructions. I was able to bring the box inside myself and up the stairs. I did have my husband bring it up the next 2 sets of stairs - just something to keep in mind. I also think the price for the item is great compared to others.

Easy set up and easy to use
This air conditioner is well worth the money paid for. It was easy to install, get set into place and running. It is well built with nice features including the magnetic remote control holder. The remote has all the features and controls that the Dreo app has and the air conditioner itself. It cools down the temperature of the room very quickly and efficiently. The temperature range is 65 to 86 degrees. This is by far the quietest air conditioner I have ever came across. It makes hardly any noise and you don't have to turn up your tv or make someone speak up. I'm glad I purchased this and wish I had done so sooner.
