Battery works great! Solved the issue of it not charging or powering on. Simple to put in as well, but you will have to trim down the tape that sticks to the back of the battery and headphones. It comes with a full kit to disassemble and reassemble the headset!

This worked perfectly in my Astro A50 headset and plugged right in - no soldering required.

I ordered this as a backup for a slightly different sized battery (603443). It appears it is going to fit fine, so sizing is accurate. This does however have smaller wires and a smaller connector than the battery I wanted it as a backup for, so since I would have to remove the connector from my original battery, which is still good, I have not installed it. Ideally, I will run across another correct connector at some point and have two functional batteries. I also may require longer leads, as these are quite short, but right for other applications I'm sure. This battery did test at 3.78v out of the box, and it does have 3 wires as shown. I have no reason to suspect any functional issues with it and it should be adaptable to any application requiring this voltage in this size (or close). What is questionable is why this battery is sold with the manufacturer name marked out with marker. As shown in the item images, this was made by Springpower Technologies, but my battery arrived with this marked out (the marker wipes off with a little rubbing). The reference to the mfr is also marked out on the other side, as shown in the images. I have attached a pic of the complete label, which also includes a Logitech logo! Someone else may know better what all of this means. I'm assuming it's more a reflection on how the battery was sourced, rather than the battery itself. It seems identical in construction to other similar battery packs. It didn't burst into flames when I opened the bag, and it is showing the correct voltage. Probably a winner if you have a A50 headset for sure.

UPDATE ON REVIEW Friday July 25th 2025 So the battery is beginning to die on me hasn’t even been a month it’s having a hard time charging it was working at first real easy now it just not working anymore so yeah it’s burning out wicked fast. Update 11/21/25 okay so the battery lasted a few months after I received a replacement I appreciated the replacement battery but, I probably won’t purchasing again due to the quality, the battery just burned out like the last one only lasted 4 months this is really upsetting because I was looking forward to maybe a few years for a lithium ion.
